High quality, sleek and great product
This is my first product using the red light therapy. The product design is very sleek with high quality materials. The set up is very easy, it is very user friendly. The product info given in the box is very easy to understand. I tested this hat on the high level 5 setting at 30 minutes. It was warm, safe and perfect for my scalp. Overall, this is a great product to use daily to encourage hair growth.

Stopped working in one month UPDATE: Seller replaced product!
UPDATE: The day after this review was submitted, Viconor sent an email to let me know that they had sent me a replacement product. It has been received, it is in perfect working order, and I am fully satisfied that they made good on this product. Thank you, Viconor.The product worked fine for about one month, and then abruptly stopped working. I wrote to Viconor (since I was just over the one-month Amazon return period) and was asked to provide a video of the malfunctioning product. I did this, and within a week I received a reply that Viconor would replace the controller which they deemed to be defective. Nearly 2 months later, I received the new controller. The product still didn’t work. I have written to them twice, sending a new video demonstrating the non-working product and have not heard anything from them. Zip. What a waste of money! Please be warned that this company has not responsibility for their faulty product. Terribly disappointing! Shame on Viconor!

Red light therapy, hopeful, but time will tell
I have been wearing this cap for over a week now. I do feel like my hair is getting thicker, but I understand that there is no way to see meaningful improvement without using this for months. The cap itself is comfortable enough to wear while watching tv or reading. The lights are bright, but not bothersome. I use it for the recommended 30 minutes every day.

So far, so good
I have used the Laser Cap 6 – 7 nights a week since September 2024. I want to believe that it is working. I can tell that my hair isn’t falling out as bad. I think the Laser Cap is effective for the price. It’s easy to use. The instructions are easy to follow. Adjust the cap to your size and start. I usually use level 4 for 30 minutes. I’m usually cold, but wearing the cap makes me warm. That is a plus in my book.

Effecfive for Alopecia Areata!
I tried this red light therapy cap as a last ditch effort. I’ve been dealing with alopecia areata for 7 years now, random bald patches up to 4 inches scattered along my scalp. Within 2-3 weeks of use my hair started to grow back, and it was noticeably all over my scalp! I’ve tried everything from topical steroid and injections, to rosemary and other essential oils, special shampoos etc to no avail. This red light therapy hat I feel is the real deal and really works! The doctor I see for scalp injections was even surprised to see all the growth! Within 2.5 months most of my hair has all grown back, baby hairs and more in all of the alopecia spots! This cap has been a godsend for me! Thank you so much for making an economical and high quality product that works! I’m telling everyone I know that has this issue about your product. Solid design
This hat is perfect. It’s not meant to look great going out on the town, it just does what it’s supposed to. I was able to use it at a nominal strength and only felt a little warm on my scalp by the full length of time. The option to pulse is nice if there are any sensitivities during the process. I love having a focused hat so i don’t need goggles or anything. I can’t confirm if it helps my scalp psoriasis yet, but that won’t be because of the design of this. It’s just what is advertised.
