   Excellent product and customer service
   I normally don’t write reviews but after my experience with customer service, I wanted to share. I bought the face and neck mask back in April. I use it at least 4 times every week for 10 minutes a session. I’ve noticed a big improvement on my sun damaged and hyperpigmented skin. I love this mask. It is very comfortable because it is flexible. Now to the best part. In October the neck mask stopped working. I saw that another reviewer contacted customer service and got a new one so I thought I would try also. I the company about my complaint and they responded that day. I sent them a short video of my problem and in a few days I received a brand new neck mask AND face mask. I couldn’t believe how fast they responded and replaced my mask. I highly recommend this mask and the excellent customer service!

   Corrected review for customer service
   The company reached out to me and sent a replacement mask which arrived very quickly. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns about repeat issues with the item. Replacement product is working great!Red only works on the face part and the other colors are either partial or not the same color. Can’t find how to get ahold of the seller and passed the return window. Make sure you test them all when you are not wearing them. I didn’t notice the problems until way later. I was using them and couldn’t tell the product wasn’t working correctly

   Almost perfect! 💗
   I have only used this mask three days times so far, but thought I’d share my thoughts. First, it came very well packaged, in a nice box with good instructions. Inside there is the face mask, the neck and chest mask, a nice quality white storage bag, Velcro straps and booklet. Everything worked perfectly once charged. I use the red light for anti-aging,but cycled through all the colors and power levels and all work great. The device you charge has a small screen to show you all of those colors and levels. It has a nice heavy feel in hand, not lightweight cheap plastic. My skin felt firmer after the very first 20-minute session. I’ve used red light at my aesthetician’s office several times and love it. That’s why I wanted one at home. I’d only take of half a star if I could, instead of one, simply because the Velcro straps are tricky for me to adjust by myself and they get tangled in my hair. There isn’t any direction on how to best insert them for ease of use, so I may he doing it incorrectly. Other than that, as long as it keeps working this well for a fairly long time (unlike those dumb little red light wands that stop taking a charge after a couple of months), I’m very happy with this purchase. If anything goes wrong, I’ll try to remember to update this.

   Bad quality. Doesn’t hold the charge and lights colors selections not working
   So ordered it a few months ago for my wife. She used it sporadically but the mask started not charging or the charge depleting after a few minutes. Also the lights colors selections isn’t working anymore. If for instance you select red it will switch to blue to red back and forth .. The mask was handle with care, never dropped or never left to overcharge.. Considering the price paid it’s a waste as we basically will have to throw it away

   Such a great mask!
   I love this mask. It makes my skin feel and look great! However after only 3 months of using it, half the lights on the neck price stopped working and i am unable to return it now.

   One year later…
   I bought mine August of 2023. I’ve used a handful of times, I haven’t been consistently using the product, so I can’t judge and say it does or doesn’t work.As far as the longevity and durability, it still works after purchasing it over a year ago, all of the lights still work, it works plugged in. The comfort level is about a 7 out of 10, getting it on and strapping it on is tedious but once on, it stays put. The remote has a timer 1min-90min. There are 5 different intensity settings for each color. You can have either neck or face or both.The look of the mask itself, looks very tribal 😂 and almost creepy… but I won’t be going out with my mask on.For the price, you can’t beat it. The amount of NM is right on the correct spectrum for receiving the right amount of light therapy.I’d say, all in all, this is a great product and I’m glad I spent my money going with this product. I did a lot of research and a lot of price checking before I finally purchased this mask.There are a lot of masks out there that are marked up 3x and they’re giving the same quality as this mask.I hope this helps any future buyers!

   Checks all the boxes of more expensive models!
   I just received my mask set. Everything was packed nicely with options for large or medium heads straps. All charging cables are included.I’ve done a ton of research on what do look for in a red light mask and this one checks all the boxes. I’ll update y’all in a few weeks after I’ve had a chance to use it!

   La compré hace unos 6 meses, asi que doy mi opinión de uso de este tiempo, a la fecha funciona perfecto. La máscara es buena, las luces led y la manera en que ajusta la intensidad es genial, la parte del cuello que no traen otras máscaras es muy buena. Pero.. es pesada y lastima mucho en la nariz. Todo el peso recae en esa parte y es bastante incómodo, tengo que usarla levantando con mi mano la máscara en la parte de la barbilla o colocar un algodón en la parte de la frente para que no caiga todo el peso de la máscara en la nariz. He probado varias formas de sujetarla pero creo es pesada y no bien diseñada para que el peso no recaiga en la parte de la nariz. Los aditamentos que trae en la parte de los ojos para separar la máscara de la piel son insuficientes para lograr es objetivo ya que son de un material algo aguado. Ya es tarde para devolverla y la única razón para hacerlo sería lo incómodo que resulta en la nariz. Todo lo demás es bueno.

    I bought this as it was a good price for the level of brightness and colour options. I also loved the idea of the neck section as I’ve lost weight and I have crepe skin on my neck.Honestly I’m blown away and have recommended it to so many of my friends. I built up the brightness and used it everyday for about a month. The images show the difference in my eyes after just 10 days. I now use it 3-4 times a week. I apply my skincare prior to putting the mask on and it helps my skin to absorb the moisture.I also suffer with cystic acne and have a number of scars on my cheeks from previous flare ups, I can say with confidence this mask is helping reduce the signs of the scars. I’ve never ever been happier with my skin.Overall it feels good quality and well built. The mask itself feels luxurious, the remote is maybe a bit less luxury but it works, it doesn’t need to be fancy. It’s very easy to use and the straps keep it all in place, but I treat myself to 20 mins laid still while I use it and it feels like a little treat.Overall, run, don’t walk to get this in your basket! Best thing I’ve done for my skin in 26 years of adulthood!

    Ich habe mich schon länger nach einer LED Maske umgeschaut und mich dann für diese entschieden, weil sie preislich attraktiv ist.Die Maske ist sehr wertig verarbeitet, es gibt keine scharfen Kanten oder Macken, die Handhabung ist sehr einfach und die Programme leicht verständlich. Am Anfang waren die Augeneinsätze etwas unbequem, aber das konnte ich gut über die Befestigung der Maske regulieren. Über eine Wirkung kann ich leider noch nicht sagen aber ich bin gespannt die Maske hinterlässt auf jeden Fall ein gutes Gefühl auf der Haut und die verschiedenen Programme sind sehr entspannend.
