Only your imagination is standing in the way of this tool’s versatility. ALLEVIATE MUSCLE KNOTS OR TRIGGER POINTS – The Selfie Massager is the ideal muscle massage tool for bringing relief to a patch of muscles in spasm (knots) or trigger points. Sturdy, smooth and works great
I ordered this brand because the ‘famous’ brand wasn’t available for as speedy delivery. I’m normally patient, but this is the sort of thing that when you need it, you need it.I was afraid, because of the price, that it would be too flimsy and flexible to be useful, and that it would quickly fall apart.Instead I received a unit that is easy to assemble (just slide one part into the other until it clicks). It has just the right heft, and isn’t flexible at all. The (not really original) design is very practical and easy to use. My own need was to apply pressure to muscles between my shoulder blades, and it’s easy to get that positioned and put the pressure you want there. This feels good in the hand, it’s a reasonable price, and it’s fit for its purpose. I liked it well enough to order a second one to keep at work, just in case. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs this sort of device.

Ahhhh!
I’m someone who has a ton of nagging injuries ranging from lower back pain to a bad rotator cuff. Shiatsu and deep tissue massages have always kept me mobile but gets costly over time. The LiBA Back and Neck Massager allows you to hit many of the trigger points like your traps, scapula, romboids, and quadratus lumborum. Don’t get me wrong, the LiBa massager won’t replace a good masseuse or chiropractor, but it will give you temporary relief and activate some of your back muscles that is usually difficult at access. The massager itself comes in two sides that easily connects into one solid piece. The build quality is solid for sure. Best of all, it’s only a little over $20. Love it!

Astounding!
This review is for LiBa Back and Neck Massager, Black. This thing is amazing. Whoever designed this is a genius. It is very sturdy, ergonomic, and capable of many different massages. It ships in two pieces, and you can store it in two pieces. It also includes a helpful manual that I included photos of. I’m beyond impressed with how well this is able to comfortably reach all spots of the back and neck. I wish I had started using one of these a lot longer ago.I would love to see a version come out that had a larger ball for massaging the back. Sometimes I get knots that need a lot of pressure applied, and the ball of the massage is too small to apply significant pressure without bruising. If they ever came out with a version like that, I would get it immediately.

Almost Perfect
This is a very decent self-massager. What I mean by âvery decentâ is that for $20, youâre getting something thatâs good, but not perfect. The Good:1. The material is sturdy while also being fairly light. I was concerned that being plastic, I would snap it in half if I used too much pressure. While Iâve only just received it and canât speak to the long-term, it seems durable. For those wondering; it is a two-piece design that snaps together with a locking tab.2. The reachability is excellent. Iâm 6â1â and have no issues reaching those pesky pressure points between my shoulder blades.3. The ergonomics are well-designed and flawlessly implemented. There are no sharp edges or rough surfaces (at least on mine) that will scratch your skin or snag your clothes. Then again, Iâve only tried it wearing a t-shirt and not any kind of sweater or knitted fabric. The âDecentâ:1. The nodes (the orbs used for massaging) are on the small side. While it can be said that having smaller nodes allows for more of a deep-tissue engagement, with just a little too much pressure, it can be a little painful. There may be a learning curve, so start lighter than you think you need to.2. The surface is ever-so-slightly textured. Itâs very similar to the surface of an old computer monitor or matte phone skin. While having a textured surface on the grip areas is welcome, having the nodes be completely smooth would be better. As it is, while it doesnât snag, it does hold on to the fabric of a t-shirt a bit more than Iâd like. This can be an issue if you âroll overâ a wrinkle in your shirt.3. The fact that the material is a matte finish plastic means youâll want to make sure your hands are clean & dry. Any kind of oil/grease on your hands will make it difficult to get a good enough grip to get into those deeper, harder-to-reach areas.Overall, for $20, you really canât go wrong. Did I just write an essay for a $20 product? Yes. Why? Simply because these were the questions I had when I ordered it and now I have the answers. Would I recommend this product? Yes. As someone who has had back surgery, I can tell you that this does provide relief, if only temporarily. If youâre currently seeing an orthopedic doctor or specialist, I would talk to them about using one of these first, just to be safe. If youâre looking at this just to get some relief from everyday aches & pains, then youâll be happy with this product.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

My New Man!
This is one of the best things I’ve ever had! I used it briefly when it arrived, but had to leave for work. This morning, I decided to use it all over my body, following the instructions to target all my pressure points. I didnât even realize I had pain in some areas until I used this ‘Selfie Massager.’ When I applied it to my neck, I felt chills down to my feet. Then I used it on my feet and was amazed at how well it worked. No need for a massage therapistâyou know exactly where to apply pressure without having to guide someone to the right spot. I know feel a lot more relaxed. Please, get this! Iâll definitely be buying more as Christmas gifts!

Excellent Pain Relief
This is an excellent device for knots and tension. For the past year I have been dealing with an on-and-off recurring headache problem. I’ve been trying a bunch of different things, but often pressing my fingers into the back of my neck has given me the most relief. The problem is that my hands aren’t strong enough to massage the muscles as much as I’d like. This massager is wonderful. Because there’s a hook design on both ends, it’s easy to use the hook like a handle, and pull to apply more or less pressure when using it. The outside of this is plastic for sure, but the weight of it is really heavy and solid, so perhaps the interior is something different. It’s the perfect weight for what I need. The size and shape can be a little awkward, because I often use it when lying on the couch, but only because my cat can’t figure out how to cuddle with me while I use it, haha.

I am beyond thrilled with the quality and effectiveness of this tool. When I read some of the lower reviews, I was expecting a product made with a cheaper plastic, but IT IS EXCELLENT!! Incredibly sturdy and works very well. The nodes get deep in there with little effort, it feels so darn good getting these knots out that I canât reach by myself or push hard enough on my own. Also comes with a helpful manual of where and how to use it. I am truly shocked with how great this product is. I am now planning to buy one for my parents, brother, and friends as a Christmas stocking stuffer.

This product ships in 2 pieces (2 units, so 4 pieces in total). It is entirely plastic and “clicks” together in the middle. I do not recommend trying to disassemble it after you have put it together: it would only weaken the structure. I found it to be large and rather heavy (but I am weak after illness). The size fits most people, and does not require electricity: absolutely acceptable! I use the larger U shape to target my IT band / sciatic nerve on the side of my upper leg / butt / hip (I lie on my side in bed to do this). I use one of the middle knobs on the back of my neck by wearing it horizontally on my shoulders — don’t do this too hard (you might hurt yourself or cause it to break in the middle where the 2 pieces click together). So far, so good. It’s not as vibrate-y as a massage gun, but I require no electricity and it gets the spots that a massage gun cannot if you are trying to untangle yourself from the cramped mess you are, hunched over your computer and with a permanent crick in your neck from always looking at your phone and tablet. It is not for those who cannot grip large (long) unwieldly objects that might be heavy for one wrist. With practice or a trusted partner however, this item may be able to bring you relief without paying for a physical therapist or a registered massage therapist, if you don’t have a massage gun nor want to use one. Note that for chronic cramped muscles, this isn’t a “one-and-done” thing; you have to use this every day for at least 5 minutes, especially since you will be resuming your slouching in front of the computer and tv and chairs. Remember to breathe!

I like this product best for upper back tension from overworking. The downside is the effort to manipulate the hook while attempting to relax the muscles. Despite that, you can easily adjust pressure and hold triggers points easily.
