   Feels good!
   Out of the box the item was easy to use. A couple different plug types too, which made it nice.I found the fit to be almost perfect over my knee. Easy to adjust and comfortable. Once I turned it on, the red light felt soothing. It got slightly warm but in a good way. I was able to relax and forget about it being on. It automatically turned off when the session was over, which makes it nice if you are on your phone or computer during treatment. You don’t have to keep track of time. My knee felt really good after. I switched sides and did the other. Again, easy to apply and felt really good. The vibration is a nice added feature. I look forward to using this again and again.Came back to add that I injured my shoulder recently and this has really helped! The heat, red light and vibration feel so good and have sped up the healing process, I’m sure of it!

   Love lifepro red light products! Amazing for inflammation, pain and workout recovery!
   Love lifepro red light therapy products! This is my third! Amazing for inflammation, pain and workout recovery!Love lifepro and love this red light therapy device for your knees(or arms or ankles or neck!). It’s so easy to use and feels great during and after, just slightly warm during the session and within a few hours you feel a difference in pain(though you don’t notice till later when you think oh hey that pain is gone/not bad today!). I don’t have knee issues right now but it was nice to try it on them anyway, but I actually liked it for my ankles and arms too, especially after a weights workout. I love feeling like I’m feeling with inflammation, pain, and recovery with this simple, non-medication device. And it’s fully adjustable so would work for anyone! I also love my alevared belt by lifepro and allevasole foot red light therapy device and I use it at the same time as this one(on my back/upper back/neck). Also once or twice a week I use lifepro’s Rejuvawrap Sauna blanket to detox and love that one too(my first lifepro product)!! Thank you lifepro, you did it again!

   Had to get the timer replaced, now it works like stated
   I like the way this fits the knee. I registered the product warranty online right after I received it. I don’t use the plastic strap feeder, something that really doesn’t need to be on it. Just velcro the straps in place. The timer that came with it only would run for 10 minutes then cut off. I emailed customer service & even they they were good about responding they kept giving me the run around on replacing the timer. After about the 5th time of going back & forth I decided to call their number. The girl I spoke to immediately said they would replace it & they did. Runs like a charm now, very comfortable when using, makes my knee feel better.

   Great Product
   I am enjoying using my Lifepro Biorecover Knee Brace. Love how versatile it is, it has severallight and vibration settings and it can be plugged in via USB or regular electrical outlet. It isvery easy to use. Generally in the morning I am pretty stiff and I have to take my steps one at atime but this morning I was able to walk down the stairs normally. I am an older walker/runnerand I know this product is going to help with the aches I seem to always have in my knees andfeet. I will be using this on a daily basis. I feel it has helped my knees already after using it onlya few times. This is the second Lifpro product that I have and I am very impressed with theirquality and customer service.

   Great customer service
   I purchased this knee wrap and the cord stopped working I contacted the company and they sent me a whole new wrap at no cost. I love this company I own several red light devices from this company I’man RN and these devices really help with inflammation and healing

   New or Used?
   I can’t find where this was supposed to have been sold as used….but now that I see it, it is. Sucking up a return expense is not appreciated it if was to have been used.

   A must have for anyone with knee or elbow pain
   I recently purchased this knee brace with infrared light and vibration therapy, but I decided to use it on my elbow instead of my knee.    Am I the only one having this “problem”?
   UPDATE: So I contacted support AGAIN only to be told that there is a built in Time Limit of 10 minutes! What?! No where in the instructions does it say that? And why wasn’t I told that in my previous support chat? And why does the controller allow me to set it to run up to 30 minutes. And why does it sometimes run for 15 minutes? Something doesn’t add up.This is the second one I’ve had and it’s doing the same thing as the the first one. No matter what I have the settings on it goes to OFF after about 10 to 15 minutes. The directions and controls are pretty straightforward so don’t think it’s anything I am doing. I would have given 1 Star but it actually seems to help my knee. Not sure if I should return and try again or return and try a different brand.
