Great way to exercise without going to a gym!
I admit I am a “very mature” young lady and find it challenging to find a gym I like. When I saw this advertised, I knew I had to have it! It is solid and I feel it is another great product by LifePro. I can balance on it, jiggle on it, massage on it and do exercises on it. I am losing all that jiggly stuff that is hard to get rid of when “mature.” Try this machine. It is so worth it! This is a must have for lipedema patients and for delayed onset muscle soreness from working out!
I purchased the LifePro Waver after my lipedema diagnosis. Compression helps a bit, but the combination of the LifePro Waver + compression is a game changer. Iâve been using the Waver on the P0-P2 settings for lymphatic drainage twice a day for 15 minutes at a time along with my compression for about two months now and I started processing out fluid very quickly once I started working with the plate. Iâve lost an inch off my ankles, a little off my upper calves, a couple of inches each off my thighs, a couple of inches each off of my hips and waist, and a whopping 4 inches off my upper arms. Literally so much fluid has come out and my range of motion has increased drastically with the removal of all the fluid. I didnât realize how bad things were until all of the sudden they werenât. My legs feel so much lighter and they donât ache and hurt all the time, especially when climbing multiple flights of stairs. Iâm still going to need surgery, but this is so ridiculously effective and easy – plus it doesnât take a lot of time.I just stand on the plate instead of exercising, since I already work with a powerlifting trainer, and itâs also AMAZING at preventing delayed onset muscle soreness after my workouts – even in my upper body after bench press. Plus I avoid the miserable groaning and stiffness of the day after heavy squats when trying to sit down or stand up. If youâve done squats, you know what Iâm talking about. Iâve also got my elderly mother using this a bit to help with her balance and bone density issues too.I highly recommend this to anyone with lipedema or anyone who works out. Itâs a game changer.

So excited about my purchase
This product has been well worth my purchase mostly because of how I feel after using it. I have more stamina and energy. Very easy to use and you can choose either walk, jog or run during your workout depending on the intensity you want. If using on carpet the workout is muffled compared to hardwood or tile. I have 5 friends that have used mine and have now purchased for themselves.

Great results – just not weight loss
I love this machine but there are some drawbacks. The first con is the weight. It is heavy. I didn’t weigh it, but I’m guessing it’s about 30 pounds. This isn’t a big deal if you have a dedicated space – but I don’t. It won’t fit under my sofa so I have to keep it in the closet and then carry it to the living room every time I want to use it. This was made even harder when I hurt my arm and using it felt good — but I wasn’t supposed to bear any weight on my arm. The second con is the surface. I was told I would get the best results by using it barefoot but the hard rubber pattern isn’t very comfortable on bare feet. The machine comes with resistance bands that attach to the plate. I tried them but I’m 5 foor tall and they didn’t provide much resistance even when putting my arms above my head. I tried knots to shorten them but it didn’t end up working. The last con is that I have experienced many benefits but weight loss isn’t one of them. I also don’t notice any reduction in cellulite.Now for the pros – and there are some really good ones. I have Fibromyalgia and I’m in pain a lot. My pain was noticeably diminished after using it – and it lasted. That alone would make it worth using but thereâs more! Lol I have chronic sinus issues and had a serious infection when I first started using the plate. The next day I noticed no more facial pain or headaches. They haven’t come back yet. I don’t know why – maybe the vibrations encourage proper drainage so stuff doesn’t build up. I’m guessing this is similar to the lymphatic benefits that are associated with vibration plates. I feel super relaxed and comfortable after I finish a session. My blood pressure also has gone down. I don’t know why but adding the vibration plate is the only thing I’ve changed – so….. I really love the vibration plate. It’s well made and seems sturdy and like it will last.

Easy to use and already feeling the benefits
Set up is very easy, and easy to use the first time. It has a wide base, I feel very sturdy. It is quiet and doesnât shake anything around. I have only used a few times and I already feel looser and lighter on my feet. I noticed a difference in my tennis game.

Great tool for recovery, supplemental exercise
I was initially interested in the waver to aid in muscle recovery and have some sort of activity in off days that I don’t hit the weights or do yoga.It turns out this device has been the perfect tool for additional support in muscle recovery, as well as providing relief to lower and middle back tightness. I’ve also been including it into more at-home yoga practices and that has also delivered results, like deeper stretches and relief from tightness! I try to be active when I can, which isnt always easy, but the lifepro does make it easier! I would say its definitely worth the price, with the lifetime warranty and ability to try it and see if it works for you, its a no brainer! My parents are both living a pretty sedentary lifestyle so I think this could be a good recommendation for them too. Its super important to stay moving as you get older!

Vibration board
This thing!!! I vibrate after I step off of it still. Works well for getting the circulation moving in your body. I like the remote control feature so your not trying to work it while on it. A bit bulky but otherwise I like the design and setup. Very sturdy machine. Worth the money.

J’ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage…prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l’immédiat…obligation de commander un adaptateur….rien n’est précis dans la description produit….passablement énervé…et je constate qu’il n’existe que des avis anglo-saxons….fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre….étonnant !!!!
