This product is good, you just have to figure out the best way to use it for what it’s for, because the way it instructs to use it doesn’t work for me, overall it’s a plus because it’s needed.
It was left outside never hand it to anyone –
It did not hold the paper it would not pop out
I just had surgery but I bought this a couple months ago waiting to have surgery and now there’s a deadline that they won’t refund my money and it doesn’t work it does not paper out of it not a good product

If you are handicap and dont always have help, this tool is your best friend.Easy to wipe down keep santized.Comes as green and white in color and has a great price. I have several in each bathroom i have.Pack one when i travel , wrap in a bag to keep ckean.

Doesn’t work
I ordered this after I had back surgery and the doctor told me not to bend, lift or twist. Apparently, to be blunt, I could not wipe my own butt. I ordered this product which seemed to be an item that would work well. I followed the instructions but the toilet paper did not release from the device upon pressing the release button. It was a mess and I wished I had ordered a different device. I re-read the instructions to make sure I had done everything correctly. I had. Perhaps I should have researched a little more and perhaps read some reviews!
