   Best shampoo for iron water I’ve found.
   After moving somewhere with very hard (and specifically iron filled) water a few years ago, my hair really began to suffer. It started breaking off like crazy, wouldn’t (or couldn’t) grow fast enough to make up for it, and anywhere my hair was color treated, the dye washed out and was replaced with a nasty bright orange color.I tried everything. Seriously, everything. The Malibu Hard Water kit did absolutely nothing for me, all it did was dry out my hair without actually removing what I needed it to. The filter I put on my showerhead wasn’t able to block enough of the iron in the water to make a noticeable difference, no matter what brand I tried. There are only TWO products that have helped with the iron in my hair, and this is one of them.I’ve been using this shampoo for a few months now (I use it about once a week to try to make it last longer since it’s so expensive, but I also only wash my hair twice a week, so every other time) and I’ve noticed a difference in the quality of my hair. While it’s still more prone to breakage than it was before I moved here, it’s softer and I don’t have to clean my hairbrush as often. The most noticeable difference is that the bright orange iron deposits in my hair are gone now – it’s just a faded, normal blonde color.I don’t think my hair will ever get back to how it was as long as I’m using this water, but using this shampoo makes it bearable and I no longer feel like I’m under threat of losing literally all of my hair. If you’re having issues with iron or other metals in your water affecting your hair, this is the shampoo you want. And if you’re really desperate and need extra help, there’s one more product that I’ve found to actually work among the many I’ve tried: Color Wow Dream Filter Pre Shampoo Mineral Remover.You spray it on your dry hair and wait a few minutes before getting into the shower and rinsing it off, but I usually leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Then you shampoo and condition like usual. This was the only product that worked for me at all before using this shampoo – it made my hair softer and noticeably less orange. The shampoo has been working so well that I haven’t bothered to buy more of it and try the two of them together, but if you’re in a serious situation with your hair and need help, get both of these products. They’re the only ones that have worked for me out of everything advertised for it.(And as a side note, I always chose to purchase the Dream Filter Mineral Remover from Sephora to make sure that I was getting a genuine product. I buy a lot of things from Amazon, but if I read the reviews and get the hint that there might be illegitimate copies mixed into the product supply, I find it somewhere else. I bought the shampoo here because I didn’t see anything to indicate that was the case, but you might want to go to Sephora for the other just to be safe. It’s usually expensive beauty products that they do this with.)

   Impressed!
   Wow. Impressed with this! I have very hard well water with lots of iron. My foiled hair gets snarled easily shampooing no matter what I do. I used this the very day I got it and the difference is very noticeable. My hair feels much smoother and definitely has more shine, in just one wash! I did also use the mask after the shampoo for a minute or so. Combed through my wet hair easily. No annoying smells either. Expensive but am inclined to say this is worth it!

   Transformed my dry, fizzy hair
   I live in the Great Lakes area and our water is very hard. I do not have a water softener. I cover my roots and highlight my hair. My hair is medium density and slightly course with a bit of wave. I have always battled dry, frizzy, brittle hair since coloring/highlighting. My color turns brassy very quickly and my hairdresser explained it it likely due to my hard water. I purchased this shampoo and have been using it for a week. My hair has transformed. It took a few times, but by the 3rd shampoo my hair was soft, bouncy and moisturized. I will say I was a little concerned because it didn’t feel that way in the shower while wet. It lacked the usual “slip” I feel after conditioning. I added my usual leave in conditioner and gave myself a blow out. I was amazed. Very soft. Very shiny. Very healthy looking and feeling. A little goes a long way. Worth the $$$.

   Amazing shampoo
   Wow!!! Never have I used a shampoo that made my hair look so beautiful. The scent is very nice. It lathers great and rinses out completely. Pair the shampoo with the conditioner and you will be in awe of the results! My foiled blonde hair is the softest it has ever been. It is baby fine and this shampoo & conditioner never weighs it down. The brightest of my blonde is incredible and the shine I once had in my childhood days, before the days of coloring is simply amazing. Stunning results and wish I had found this product(s) sooner. Lately I’ve been getting daily comments on how pretty my hair looks. Thank you L’Oreal.

   SO HYDRATING OMG (type 4 high density high porosity)
   THIS IS T H E MOST HYDRATING SHAMPOO IVE EVER USED OMG, I rotate through 3 shampoos depending on needs (Fino for regular weekly wash, Tsubaki red bottle for protein treatments every other month, and this for monthly clarifying) and this is definitely the most hydrating (they all are very hydrating but this is the best!). With this being a chelating shampoo, I was scared it would be stripping for my hair and leave it dry but I was VERY happily surprised to realize that my hair was not only very clean without buildup, but also super soft and hydrated! I never understood the concept of a second shampoo after clarifying cause the first shampoo is enough but in terms of maintaining hydrating and cleaning this is wonderful! This is very expensive but it should last a very long time close to a year probably as you shouldn’t use this more than once a month AT MOST if you wash weekly. With black high density high porosity hair, we tend to use a lot more product on our hair so clarifying/chelating is a MUST for us. This is my first use, and I used this when I did a blow dry and trim with silk press since it leaves my hair bare but not dry. When I went to moisturize after, my hair felt so much better and stronger too and I love that! If you have the money, I HIGHLY recommend investing in this as it deals with not only dirt and oils but also hard water (if you live in the US you definitely deal with hard water). I’m so excited to see the health of my hair in the coming months/year and will update if anything happens! All around 10000000/10 especially for my fellow type 4 fam!!!!!

   My hair stylist uses this product in her salon and I liked it. It has been the best shampoo. Highly recommend. You do not need much at all so last a very long time.

   Yo me dedico a hacer alisados permanentes me habían hablado de este shampoo para desintoxicar el cuero cabelludo (unir puentes si lo sentías muy esponjado.) Y si si funciona! Yo lo usé para desintoxicarme el cuero cabelludo y me gustó el resultado. El cuero cabelludo se siente limpio. En la zona donde vivo el agua es muy dura tiene mucha cal y sentí diferencia.

   O shampoo espuma muito, trás sensação de limpeza sem agredir, não precisa de muito produto porque ele rende bastante nas mãos. Quando uso parece até que fiz uma hidratação profunda, pois durante a lavagem sinto os fios super macios. Indico 100%. A entrega foi rápida e não tive problemas.

    Love this shampoo from my blond hair, immediately after a wash I could see the brighter, blonder hair, doesn’t even need a toner. Needs a small amount and lasts me for at least 4-5 months. This is my bottle and definitely will buy again.
