   Still going strong
   Have had this for over a year now and use it regularly on my back and abdomen. When I first started using it, I couldn’t tolerate the first setting option, as it was too hot. The flashing option between red and blue light worked fine until I was able to step up to the first setting, and now it helps a lot with stiffness, soreness and digestive discomfort.I have been kind of rough on it, as it sits all the time in my recliner. So it gets knocked around and the cord bent sometimes. But after having it for over a year, it still works perfectly and the cord is not showing any wear or problems.Auto shutoff timer lets me know when I have had it on the recommended length of time, and the flexible backing allows you to use it elsewhere, like a leg or arm, without having to buy a unit just for that. Good value for the money.

   When my husband first brought to my attention red light therapy and all of the potential benefits it has, I was a bit skeptical. I was left wondering how red light can do anything for the body as it’s a mat that just shines the light onto the area of the body that you want to target. I thought about it some more and researched myself for the benefits that red light therapy has. We discussed some more and I decided to give it a try. The mat came and I tried it out. When I first tried it out I again thought how does this do anything? So I gave it a few more tries and then made it a habit a few times a week. I’ve continued to use the mat 3-4x/week and have noticed a difference specifically in my legs where I have some cellulite. While it has not totally gone away, the “lumps” and the fat pockets have decreased in size. I have also noticed that my legs look and feel more toned than they have in the past even with consistent exercise. I like that this mat has 5 different settings on the intensity of the light, as well as other options like flashing, length of time, etc. While using, the mat makes you feel nice and relaxed especially if you use it after a long day. I highly recommend giving it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

   My dog says it works!
   This red light band is great. Easy to use, light, value for the money and best of all my dog loves it!I have a 12 y/o senior dog who suffers from arthritis and back problems. I didn’t want to load her up on meds so decided to give this try. She now expects her red light therapy for bedtime.The timer is a great feature! I let it run on her back , front and back paws and legs. It’s been over a month and I have to say I believe it has given her some much needed relief.

   Update
   Update: The company responded to my review in a timely manner and replaced mymat. Thank you! It was just in time as 5 more light went out! I believe it has been since I started using the blinking mode. Don’t know. I don’t know how much it has helped with my nerve pain in my foot but it sure feels good. I have to believe the deep penetration is doing good. It has helped with pain in my shoulder. I would recommend giving it a tryI use this on my ankle while watching tv everyday. It has not even been a year and 10 diodes are not working. Others have life time warranty???? Can’t find a customer service number anywhere????

   Amazing healing device!
   I bought this item to help with healing a back injury. It was least expensive one I could find on Amazon, and it was available for same-day shipping. I ordered it in the wee hours after waking up around 4am the day after my injury.As far as ease of use, it’s a little bit clunky. The pad with the lights and the strap that attaches it to your body are 2 different things. It would be awesome if it came with a bag to keep all the items together. Also, you have to stay plugged in while using the device. For me being in bed for a week, this wasn’t a problem, but I wish I’d been able to keep it running in the moments when I was up and about.With that out of the way, let’s get to the best part — the results! Wow. I am amazed at the power of this thing. I’m no stranger to red light therapy — I own a panel, a Sauna Space, and various Vielight devices. But I’ve never experienced as dramatic results with those, as I did with this. First of all, I used the pad for MANY hours a day, which is not the recommendation. I really enjoyed the heat on my back, and I was stuck in bed anyway, so I basically blasted myself with this almost constantly for about 5 days. Not only is my back *almost* back to normal, but something else completely unexpected happened — my digestion drastically improved! My digestion has been a huge struggle over the past several years, and I’ve done so many things to try to address it. I’m not super regular even on a good day, when I’m being active, so I didn’t expect my digestion to IMPROVE while I was lying in bed for days. Well, it did!! All of those healing rays intended for my back were also giving a megadose of healing energy to my previously struggling digestive organs. So that was an unexpected benefit, and something I’ll be adding into my routine to nourish my organs!

   Great when it works
   I love this when it actually works. The cable to the actual pad disconnects for no reason. Even if I’m sitting still. It’s frustrating to have to start over and not know where I am in my timing. The cover also doesn’t stay on very well. Overall, I love it when it works but feel it should work better for how much I paid for it.UPDATE: after another week of trying, cord connected barely stays now and can’t get the light to stay on consistently. Really disappointed.UPDATE: after a couple of months only works when cable is twisted a certain direction. Also not as much head kicks out. Wonder if I got a dud or just a low quality product. Not a good use of my money. Really bummed out.
