I am a competitive physique bodybuilder and I needed to augment my home gym so I’m not spending all my time in my real gym. This works… I guess. It’s very light. It tends to want to tip over. The rubber feet fall off if you move it at all. It has decent adjustable notches. It’s pretty flimsy. It suits my needs, but barely.

Well built for the money
Very pleased with this bench for the money. The material seems durable, it’s stable and changing the bench back angle is quick/easy while also being secure. My only real complaint is that changing the angle of the base cushion is a little more cumbersome but it’s a minor inconvenience.

Good value when it’s on sale
I got mine for around $50 when using a coupon and sale price combination. It’s pretty sturdy and functions fine. The only gripe I have is that the parts such as the feet tubes aren’t symmetrical. So on one side of the bench, the feet stick out to the side further. Weird manufacturing defect

Got a bad batch – will update later
I noticed the welds were broken while setting it up for my garage gymâ¦. so the security hole didnât match up and the stitching had defects on the seat.. probably got a bad batch (bench). Ordered a replacement to give them a second chance since the reviews Iâve watched have been great.
