   Must Have after shoulder /hip surgery
   There was a trial and error regarding best Toilet Paper to use and loading technique… Independence was the goal so i was patient.Insights:Double ply Cottenelle or Charmin clean (not soft)7 squaresFold like a fan 3x along edge about (1 square) then roll & repeat(It should look like a rosette )Load the tight end into freedom wand.May Get about four clean swipesPS when washing your hands don’t forget to take tool with you.

   Don’t fall for it.
   Does not function as advertised. This tool does not have a strong enough grip on anything to be considered useful. The instructions tell you to use an incredibly excessive amount of toilet paper for it to work, it does not work. To use with a razor or similar object, the instructions call for using a “disposable razor type”. The handle must be an exact size that is not practical, a hair’s difference in width and it will either not fit or it will slip out. With the gross lack of functionality, and the design being so blatantly poor it could only be intentional, it is evident that this product only exists to exploit people in need.Would def recommend either as a prank or with honest malicious intent to someone that has been through something giving them a lack of mobility.

   This product is well thought out, but poorly designed
   The extension piece does not fit properly, thereby not allowing the push button release to work as it should. Used without the extension, the product works as advertised.

   Works great
   This plastic wiping tool works great. It is easy to assemble and super easy to clean. It slightly bent on one end where the little plastic fingers come out. With very little effort you can place folded up toilet paper and wipe. Then hit the release lever and drop the dirty paper right in the toilet without mess.It is perfect for when you cannot reach around to clean your rear area. I had back surgery and have found this invaluable during my recovery.

   What a perfect solution to a very serious problem ! No matter what the cause of the inability to do what most people take for granted, this product is such an immense help. The inventors of this “aid” obviously worked on every angle of the design, because it works perfectly. Watching all the videos makes a slightly-daunting procedure into a very successful one. I take “my green stick” with me everywhere I go, and really regret it when I forget.

    Bought for post surgery. Not for people who frustrate easily. Worked great with my razor to shave my legs. Hurt myself wiping , need patience with this product. I don’t have patience.

    It’s hard for a senior to open it to put paper or cloths in it. A bit disappointed as it was recommended by the hospital.
