   Confusing product and instructions. I don’t get it…
   I was super confused when I had these patches in hand and tried to follow the instructions.Firstly, the instructions mentioned a mist, but no mist was included, so I used my own toner instead.Secondly, it instructs you to peel off the transparent film attached to the collagen film. However, there were two separate sheets- one white and one pink, with the thin transparent film adhered to the pink one. It was confusing to determine which was which, but I guessed that the thin film was the collagen film.Thirdly, when I first used it, the thin transparent film didn’t adhere well to the pink paper, and it wrinkled and became unusable.I was more careful with the next one. I sprayed the toner on my neck and applied the patch, then it seemed to dissolve or disappear, which, again, I’m not sure about, and I didn’t notice any changes at all after using it.I like the idea of these patches but can’t recommend them.

   Awesome product!
   I was a bit skeptical at purchasing this product at first, but I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. This product doesn’t come with a spray, but I just used a spray that I have at home and it worked perfectly! I used two and gave one to my mom and sister and they both loved it as well!

   an additional serum is needed to activate these patches
   These patches are dry, it doesn’t come soaked in a serum or anything like what we’re used to with sheet face masks. I normally try not to mention price or let that affect the product review but in this instance it definitely plays a part. I say that because this four pack is just dry sheets, you do have to purchase the mist to “activate” the sheets. The sheets itself is quite unique because there are ingredients in it such as collagen and made from nano fiber, therefore it isn’t just a cotton sheet that you can make at home from cotton pads. However the bad thing is that you have to purchase a separate mist from this brand, which means to really use these melting neck patches it will cost you about double. I think most people ended up using their own serum, which is what I did. I already had a mist/serum type product from another K beauty brand and it turned out to work very well for this. They probably separated the sheets and the mist because it is very likely you’ll use up the four sheets sooner than the mist runs out so it makes more sense selling them separately than in a bundle. All that said since I did not use these neck patches with their mist, I may very well not be getting the full benefits and potential of this product. My neck did feel nice and moisturized after use. If you can splurge I do think these patches are nice since it has collagen in them but if you are on a budget you can probably make your own version of a neck patch with some cotton pads and a good serum.

   Meh, didn’t do much
   This is a weird application with not great instructions. It didn’t seem to do much and was hard to stay on while the ingredients went onto my skin. I was neither glowing or moisturized after using this. This is a pass.

   Need to supply your own mist spray
   This collagen melting patch is a nice concept, but it is missing the misting spray that you need to make these stick and be effective. I used some micellar water because I didn’t have anything else suitable. After 10 minutes, I removed the paper and massaged in the remaining product.My neck feels nice and hydrated afterward, but the strip is so thin that I don’t think it sufficiently covers the entire problem area of my neck. I wish it were 50% larger, especially for people with longer necks that have more surface area.I do like the result but I don’t think that it’s going to magically rid people of neck lines or wrinkles, even with repeated use. It’s probably good for preventive maintenance only, but pricey for that.

   No melting mist
   This ca,e with the masks only. There was no “melting mist” included. This is a problem, because the instructions require the mist at step 1 and step 3.Here are the instructions for use:1. After washing your face, apply the Collagen Melting Mist.2. Attach the white collagen side to the skin3. Spray enough mist for better effect.4. Remove the sheet when the collagen is completely absorbed.5. Finish by rolling lightly as if massagingSince I don’t know what is in the mist, I can’t even try to reproduce it at home, and I can’t find the mist sold as a stand alone product from this seller, so I’m not sure what to do. I just know that as it shipped to me, it isn’t usable.

   Good for alleviating neck wrinkles
   I have severe wrinkles on my neck, but after using this product, the wrinkle lines became lighter. I am expecting that if I continuously use it, the wrinkles would be invisible.

   Very confusing
   Apparently you need some “collagen melting mist” to even use this product. The instructions on each mask are in Korean but they are in English on the box. I don’t know is these work or if they are even good because they do not include this collagen melting mist, so quality, value, and effectiveness can’t even be measured.
