   Wraps your arm without hinges to pinch your skin
   My husband has lost significant amount of weight from cancer. The original cuff on his iProven BPM-617 is a hinged cut that pinches his skin when inflating and the velcro is no longer staying secure. Due to his significant weight loss this last year, I needed to find a size small cuff without the hinge. This cuff is an adult sized small cuff that is an easy wrap so no awkward wrapping of a traditional cuff. So much easier to put on and remove – slips on and off your arm. The adapters didn’t fit my BP machine so I took the original connector off the old cuff and used it on the new cuff. Works perfectly with a comfortable fit.

   Good replacement for patients with thin arms.
   Worked well as an off-brand replacement for a cuff that was too large for a geriatric patient with thin arms. Pediatric cuffs are too small for elderly patients so this one was a good fit. Adapters snapped together, no problem. Very satisfied.

   Correctly fits a range of arm sizes.
   The cuff that was included with my Omron was so large that my wife had trouble using it and regularly got odd readings and errors. I had tried a replacement cuff that was the next size down but that cuff was still slightly too large for her and just a bit too small for me.This cuff fits us both well without either one of us pushing the bounds of it being over or under sized. Readings for both of us are coming in with the same numbers we get at the Dr’s office.One aspect of this cuff that I’m still getting used to is that it contains a molded piece of plastic(?) that conforms to your arm – so it holds the same basic shape whether it’s on your arm or not. My wife really likes that feature though and we can now reliably share a cuff – so we’re happy with it.

   Good fit.
   Ordered this cuff for an adult, who had lost quite a bit of weight and needed a smaller cuff. Much easier to hook up without a long tail on the cuff.

   IT FITS
   I needed to buy a new BP monitor. Having bought a new monitor, I bought this cuff because all the good OMRON BP monitors I looked at had the cuff with the “D” ring. Being 82 and my wife 77, we have always used the molded cuff. My wife has to check her pressure twice daily and there was no way she was going to put up with the “D” ring cuff. This cuff with its adapters worked perfectly. The price was right. The quality is second to none. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

   Much easier to get around your arm , it’s already round and fits just tighten and your set to go, so much better than the one you have to try to wrap
