Best I’ve found & tried them all for extremely bladder incontinent family memer
Been using these going on about 3-4 years. Spouse is severly incontinent. and even with the most heavy duty adult diapers there’s a lot that sneaks out. I’ve tried every brand and style of pads out there and hands-downt this is the best.Pros:- Never leak through, despite a TON of urine. Dealbreaker #1. Sometimes we’ll get what I would call a “bad batch” and I’ve had to return, but for the most part, zero issues. Nothing compares to these. I have washable bed pads underneath and waterproof mattress pads just in case but never a problem. Saves my sanity and otherwise loads of laundry.- Absorb A LOT. Dealbreaker #2. Can easily hold several cups. Have not had any problems with seeping through the edges.- Large Size. Hard to come by 36×36, and we have to use 2 pads each night to cover bed bc spouse moves around a lot. I’d have to use 3 pads of slightly smaller size and that adds up.Cons:- Expensive. Especially with using 2 pads a night, and sometimes I change more if I see it’s really bad. But at least we don’t have to worry about leak-through, so worth it.- Do not keep you dry. They absorb but basically you are sitting in it. Whatever is inside the pad holds it, but if you put your finger on it it, it is wet and soggy to the touch, like a wet cotton ball. If there’s a small spot it will dry but a lot of liquid that’s not going to happen. Going to test out air-wicking pads bc hygiene is a concern, but if those don’t work out this is the best choice.- Do not control odor. Says it does but have not noticed containment. Maybe bc the liquid just pools and doesn’t dry unless it’s minor.- Bunch up a lot, but with a lot of physical movement it’s to be expected.

Awesome in soaking up moisture
These pads are large and have saved many required washing of the mattress pad. So happy I found a solution to this problem ð

Solid choice. Not miraculous, but it works.
I bought the extra large pads. They are a really good size. Covers a good amount of space. Is pretty thin, but I assume that is the point. It slides all over the place on basic sheets, but stays put very well on top of a foam mattress topper. I just layer these under the sheets but on top of the matress topper. Seems to be pretty absorbant, however it will leak over the sides if the liquid is close to the edges. I find this works best for overflow accidents. Drips or spillage in the bathroom/ potty, or for sleeping with additional support with a diaper or incontinence pad. Rips easily tho. Filling seperates, especially with prolonged use. When used for sleeping, even without accidents you need to change the pad often as moving around on it will cause the filling to seperate and the strength and absorbancy weakens. Change every day obviously, but even unused/not wet change no less than every other day or you’ll be disappointed with its performance.

Odor of pads
Can’t take a photo when it wasn’t the way this order looked, it was the odor of the product. When I opened the box the odor was unbearable. It was like a chemical smell. When the individual packages were opened it was even stronger. I use a lot of these and I have never had yhis problem before. I have tried airing them out and it didn’t help. I have sprayed them with Febreeze and it didn’t help. The Lot# 44624030001 . These pads are well made but I can’t take the smell. Maybe an isolated incident. Can you help me? Thank you, Julia Gaskins

I highly recommend these underpads. I have tried many disposable underpads on the market and they don’t compare. These are better quality. Next to the washable, non-disposable ones these are great and convenient when you want an easy throwaway cleanup. I only wish the price could be lower but I guess it’s true “you do get what you pay for”. A+++

This is just perfect for sick elderly people. I buy them for my very old and sick mother. I do not understand why someone can give a bad review for that amazing product.
