Great blender/mixer!
I’ve been using this mixer daily for a week now. I use the blender for making homemade mayo, and the frother for coffee! It has great speed and power for what it’s intended to be used for. I have also experimented with the blender and used it to mix up protein powder into milk. It works very easily. For the little money paid, I would purchase this again and again.

I had to contact the company
I only got to use this one time for my coffee. It worked well. The next time i wanted to use it was for a smoothie. I removed the attachment and the motor fell out. I was so sad. I contacted the company and they will be sending me a replacement!! I’m feeling much better about this now. Yvonne was the brand manager that assisted me. She asked for photos, order #, and my address. She also provided me with shipping information.

I use this product for three times and for some reason I heard it pop and it broke so I had to call the company it did seem like it had good power but I don’t know the wait was perfect the design was okay and the functionality was not good it broke like I said but who knows if there’s a new one that will work like it’s supposed to it’s sometimes these things happen I’m not too happy but it’ll be okay

bought this hand blender less than a year ago, and while the motor worked great, the overall build quality was a huge letdown. The motor was strong and performed well during blending tasks, but the gear pieces were made of plastic and they started to wear out after just a few months of regular use, making the blender essentially useless.The plastic gears seem to be a weak point in the design. Even with a powerful motor, if the internal parts canât keep up, the product fails. Itâs frustrating because the blender had potential, but the poor choice of materials really undercut its durability.If youâre looking for something that lasts, I canât recommend this model. Itâs a shame that such a powerful motor is paired with cheap, wear-prone plastic parts.
