I work in a restaurant and I am constantly fast pace walking. At the end of every night the balls of my feet would be in excruciating pain. After wearing these my feet is in a no lot less pain. And they are extremely comfortable and they stay in place. Couldn’t move it if I wanted too. Very good product

Seems to be helping
I have been using the Cushwork Metatarsal Pads for a few days now to help with some foot pain in my left foot. I found after using for a while you tend to get use to the lump on the bottom of your foot. I used it yesterday walking /standing on hard concrete for several hours and it seemed to help me stand for longer than normal. I plan to try using the pad on an upcoming hike. It was easy to stick to a shoe insert and it is staying in place. So far, I think this helping me.EDIT: I did a 3-4 mile hike today over difficult terrain and wore a set of inserts with one of these metatarsal pads. It helped decrease the discomfort in the area. I only noticed the pad if I thought about it (the lump under your foot feels strange and you just have to keep wearing it). It felt good. I will continue to wear these. They stick good after long hard use with no shifting or lifting of the pad once stuck. Great adhesive!! Recommended!

Feet feel better
My job requires me to do lots of walking and be on my feet most of the day. These pads add cushioning and comfort to just the right spot. They come with a nice sticky backing to keep them in place and the material is very durable.

Not what was expected
I returned these plugs because of the quality of them. They were purchased to address the Mortonâs neuroma in my right foot. These are so cheap that they would not offer the support that I currently get from a home grown remedy.

Not an easy problem to troubleshoot
The quality of the product is good. The instructions are really good. However, I tried a few variations of placement, and was making the metatarsal problem worse. I suspect they may work for others. Looking at a full insole replacement for this issue, it seems they use a smaller type of pad. So this may be a bit much for some, or I still cannot figure out the instructions, despite thinking they were clear.

The pads are cushioned made from material unlike so many pads that are rubber or felt.They also come in different sizes, which is nice because some pads are too large for my feet.

I’m a chef and on my feet all day. Needed extra padding on my left front pad. These work! Stay out in any shoe.

I’ve tried a few different met-pads before these ones. I got a size L, and these provide a lot of volume, so you may feel them more than lower-profile pads if you’re used to those – but for me they are perfect because they provide the level of support that I need. I was able to peel one off my insole to reposition it, and it re-attached without issue. So far the adhesive seems great and these feel like good quality.
