This tool is amazing.
For starters, it’s nice on the price! I was really surprised given how nicely made this little tool is. It also comes with a bunch of ear pieces and a bag to store it in. There’s a light on it that helps with seeing into the ear. It offers a fantastic view of the inside of ears. It’s comfy to hold.We have a little boy in the house so it’s nice to be able to check his ear rather than take him to the doctor without need. Now we know if he needs to see a doctor. It also saves on vet bills! I’ve got a dog who is allergic to everything and is prone to ear infections. Now I can check her ears out and monitor how they’re doing to see if I need to preemptively use antimicrobial ear washes or pick up some probiotics.This is an essential took for any household and you can’t beat this price.

Light is not the brightest but sufficient for home use.

Iâm a medical professional, I look in hundreds of ears a month. Got this to check family and totally useless. Donât waste your money. The focus distance for the lens on the back is wrong. The ear drum is just blurry.

Great to have on hand
My sweet little bernedoodle Wesley is prone to ear infections and in general, is irritated in his ears almost every day (if I don’t keep the hair under control). I really like having this on hand because I have a moment where I’ve mistaken him having too much hair in his ears FOR an infection and in general, I don’t want to be administering drops when he doesn’t need them and so this will make it easy to make the correct plan of action regarding his ear issues. Overall, this works as described, and I would highly recommend thisððð¾

Not a good buy
When you can get the battery to stay in contact with the metal, the device works great. You can see inside the ear and I found wax that I didnât know my kids had. But it didnât work, more than half the time. We returned it.

Great item to have a round
This otoscope works just as I had hoped. There have been a few times I needed one of these to be able to quickly look inside my kid’s ear canal or nasal cavity. This provides enough capabilities as I would need as a parent. It gives a few disposable covers but they look to be the standard size so I’ll be able to buy a few more when I run out. Easy to use nice storage bag to keep it all together. Don’t stow it with your batteries in it.

My wife is an audiologist, so she uses one of these tools all the time. She recommended this otoscope for home use. If you have a blockage or infection, she recommended you see a professional.
