I am so happy to test it immediately once I received it.I bought two, sent out 2 as gifts to family and friend.I will buy more as a good gifts for my fnancial seminars. I sent out aripods or iPad in the past, while I bet attendees would feel more exciting to this $10 bucks gift.Two weeks ago I visited a good friend’s house, and as usual witnessed he use multiple openers with different designs. He must has 7+ kinds of openers, but none of those designs using batteries are durable or easy to use.This design DOES have a small issue: If one bottle is opened multiple times, the previous holes may release air resulting it not working well. I wonder if I put the bottom up, wine liquid might block the air out.

Compact and easy to use.
This item works well and very portable if you plan to take it with you while traveling. It will pop the cork the first time only. Do not push the cork in too tight thinking yiu can use the opener a second time on the same cork. It wo t work since it inserts a hole when the needle is originally inserted. Overall, it is a good product.

This is a great product- so easy to use – even better than my fancy electric wine opener and easy to take with you anywhere.

Do not pump the cork fast!
This works like a charm. My son opened a bottle a bit too aggressively, nothing bad but if we had been outdoors we may not have ever found it again. The cork shot out like it was a cannon ball. Great product and the laugh we got out of the first bottle was worth the price.

I loved this when I got the first one. It seemed to work well and appeared sturdy. The problem is in the plunger design. At some point, and it’s happened with all three, it stops pumping air because the material used for the plunger appears to be soft silicon and eventually cannot keep the air in to compress it into the bottle to blow the cork out. Great Idea, but cheaply made and doesn’t last very long, if you’re using it for wine with dinner every other night.
