Effective on knees!
My wife and I both use this. As a 76 year old with 76 year old knees, I was in a lot of pain, and the red light therapy really helps. My wife uses it as well, and has had similar results. Its a very well made product, easy to charge and use. It comes with a nice case and the batteries can be charged while still in the case. Its a great product – highly recommended for athletes and older guys like me…

A lot of power in a small size
I just received this today and since it takes some time to gauge its efficacy, I can comment on its physical aspects. It’s a nice compact unit that would work well for travelling. It comes in a zippered case that has a charging base, the strap, 3 led units and a usb-c charging cord. There is a charging access hole in the case so it can be charged while in the case and zippered shut. Once the led pods are charged, they pop into the adjustable strap. The pods get sycronized together so 1 controls them all. I found that the unit that the synchronization is performed with becomes the master. That’s the one that controls them all. The single button is for power and to adjust the timing. The fact that the pods are individual allows spot usage in a small area if desired.I’ve gotten a number of medical devices over the years, both prescribed and self purchased. Prescribed devices are usually very high in quality AND price. I can honestly say that this has the look and feel of a something that you might get through a doctor. The pods have some heft for their size and the back of the pod is metal that has all the info needed etched in along with the power switch. When the pod is placed in the charging case, there are magnets that holds it firmly to get a good electrical connection.I have a back and wrist injury. I adjusted the straps to make it as short as possible so it wrapped around my wrist. I had to find a way to secure the extra straps. For my back, it was more difficult. I ended up undoing the buckle and by laying on my stomach, I could place this flat on my lower back. Neither setup was perfect. As supplied, it’s good for the extremities. On the trunk of your body, you have to become inventive. That’s why I deducted 1 star. At an additional cost, there is a accessory strap with a pad that can allow the unit to be secured to your body.As far as medical claims, I’m not a doctor. Look up “Benefits of red light therapy” and read the info from either Universities or well known national medical sites. I’m going to keep using it every day and am looking forward to the results.

Quality Build and Neat Tech. Great Early Results!
The first thing that stands out on the Kineon Move Plus is the build quality. While most portable red-light devices have LEDs embedded in plastic or vinyl, the Kineon feels more substantial with a series of laser and red-light diodes encased in a plastic and glass (perhaps Plexiglas) module. The three included modules snap firmly into a strap and activate together when one of the modules is turned on.The idea is to focus the healing light around an entire joint, like a knee. Thatâs perfect for me because thatâs the area that gives me trouble. The results after a few weeksâ¦so far so good. After 5 or 10 minutes, my knee pain seems to lessen, and my joint loosens up. The results are intended to build over time, so Iâll keep at it. Iâm optimistic about what Iâve experienced already.

Jury is still out on effectiveness. Needs better strap system
Although I have not had the device long enough to meet the manufacturers recommended use time to see benefits I do feel that it has helped in one location. Just be forewarned you will have to channel your inner MacGyver to get the strap to hold the units in any location other than knees and upper arms. It seems to be too small for many areas and too larger for others. The Goldilocks locations a slim. (for reference I am 6 175)

Wow!!!! What a blessing.
Ok,I was not sure about this product or if it would be effective for me. I have two torn rotator cuffs and several other injuries. My sore shoulders cause me issues sleeping. I have tried everything and nothing has worked. I finally pulled the pin and bought the Kineon with hopes it might help a little. Well for me, the benefits kicked in on day one! I slept well for the first night in I donât know how long as I had no (or very little) shoulder pain after use. While I realize this will not heal my issues, it absolutely is relieving the pain I have lived with for years. The Kineon is worth EVERY PENNY.Donât be like me⦠donât wait. Get yours now and start living without the pain. I am very glad I finally purchased the Kineon. My only regret is that I did not purchase it sooner!
