Solid Build, Versatile Grip
I was impressed by the weight and ruggedness of this accessory. Once assembled, it’s extremely sturdy and is going to last and be able to handle as much of a weight load as you want. I love that it has a mount for both 2-inch Olympic Bars and 1″ Bars. Note: only the 2-inch mount has a set screw.ASSEMBLY: There are no assembly or usage instructions included. It’s pretty self-evident how to assemble it with the 4 bolts and 4 nuts that are included. No tools are included, so you will need a 13mm wrench or socket to assemble it.USE: I played around with mounting this in different ways. I was using a barbell bomb attachment and found that trying to do bent over rows when the muliti-grip handle was mounted with the handles facing into the bar wasn’t feasible – I kept lifting the entire barbell rather than just the one end. So, you really need to mount it in a stationary landmine mount on a squat rack for that configuration/movement, where it worked fine. Turning it facing out from the bar, I found that I could do landmine presses in either configuration – bar bomb or squat rack mount. I preferred facing the handles away from me when using the wide grip for presses because the other handles tended to bump my knees. My only other insight is that the set screw doesn’t have a rubber tip or anything to prevent it from scratching the barbell, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive about that sort of thing.Overall, great accessory to add some versatility to your landmine exercises, but a bit of a learning curve in how to best use it to suit your needs and it would benefit from some supporting materials for assembly and use.

Great addition to home gym
My husband and son are trying to make the most out of our home gym and always looking for different additions to equipment they already have. It allows for different gripes and the different gripes are padded.

Broke with a 100# load
Broke mid rep with 100# causing the weight to drop while pulling the broken side tossing it out of my hand. Worst thing that can happen while working out is have a bar snap mid rep. Safety concerns more than the wasted money.

Strange configuration
Very light material. Love the rubber handlesHowever weird way they built the handles. You have change the way you mount it if you want to use the wide grip vs the narrow grips. Would be much better if they configured the handles so you donât have to unscrew the bolts to move between narrow and wideDebating whether I want to keep it

Versatile and useful
Easy to assemble with screws , though that could provide breakage points depending on weight load.Installation to bar end is super easy – a simple screw to tighten.Very light material – Iâd say itâs medium quality metal that might not handle heavy heavy loads. Love the rubber handles – hugely helpful as I sweat a bunch during my circuit trainingHandle positioning feels a bit narrow, unless using the wide grips. I used the bar for both push and pull work – the bent over rows felt pretty ok. The thruster motion was a bit awkward as the narrow grips come close to your face when lowering. I actually am debating to cut off the most narrow grip to give more clearanceâ¦Would be much better if they configured the handles so you donât have to unscrew the bolts to move between narrow and wide

Great addition to workout area
This attachment is a great addition to any home gym. It gives you different ways to hold your weights so that you can work different muscles. It is great for my husband and 10 year old to work out together. I recommend this gym attachment!

Great for a Home Gym
I bought this for my home gym, and I love the customizability of this with many grip options. It has a bit of weight to it, feels sturdy and heavy duty, and I feel like this will hold up with time. I look forward to adding this into my workout routine. The only con I can think of is that it comes in 3 pieces, and you have to screw the bolts and nuts together. Not a huge deal and doesn’t take much time, but I do think the quality of the product would be elevated more if it came in 1 piece so that over time it may or may not come loose.
