1, F-1054B Multifunctional electrical system protection device, this product has the following main functions:
Undervoltage protection, less than 90V AC.
Overvoltage protection, more than 135V AC.
e-Fuse Overcurrent protection, 1 to 15 Amp configurable.
Surge protection, maximum 8k Amp(8/20µS).
Pulse protection, VPR 700V (L-N, L-G, N-G).
It is suitable for home appliances, laboratory testing instruments, office electrical equipment, computer systems, etc. Double output outlets, can protect two appliances at the same time. Of course, you can also use power strip extensions, as long as the total power is less than 1800 watts. The product is easy to use and does not require cumbersome settings, all status can be seen at a glance by its LEDs.
2, Undervoltage (<90V) and Overvoltage (> 135V) protection:
When the mains voltage is less than 90V or more than 135V, the outlet power output 1 and 2 will be cut off. When the mains voltage returns to normal range, outlet power output will be restored after 10 to 360 seconds (delay time is selectable by button, can select 10, 60, 180, 360 seconds or disable the voltage protection function).
3, e-Fuse Overcurrent protection function, the e-Fuse function can be disabled and enabled by the button, enable status can set e-Fuse current from 1 Amp to 15 Amps (per step increase 1 Amp), when the load current exceeds the set value, outlet power output 1 and 2 will be cut off within 1 to 3 seconds.
4, Surge protection, maximum 8k Amp(8/20µS). Pulse protection, VPR 700V (L-N, L-G, N-G). Live to Neutral, Live to Protective-Earth and Neutral to Protective-Earth, all are equipped with protective components.
5, Power ON/OFF button, you can manually control outlets power output ON / OFF by the button. Or press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to forcibly disable all protection functions, outlets power output will forcibly turn to ON. Forcibly disabling the protection function will cause your load equipment to work under an unsafe power supply voltage, so please use it with caution.
6, The device all button status operations have power-off memory function, the next power up will automatically restore the status before last power-down (outlet output on/off status, e-Fuse and Delay Time values), the purpose of this is that even if the mains power is unexpectedly cut off, there is no need to repeat the settings.

Excellent protection for expensive or valuable electronic devices
You may see various failure modes from your commercial AC power, and some of the failure modes can âtrashâ an appliance, a computer, or a group of computers if you are mining cryptocurrency. Having worked as an electrical engineer for almost 50 years, I have seen a lot of nasty behavior on power lines in the US and other countries. I visited Bogota, Columbia, once (in the early 1990s), and they had a major power shortage because of a drought. Hydroelectric power was the source of 80% of the power in Bogota. They had to provide power to half the city for 6 hours, then turn off that half, and supply power to the other half for 6 hours, as they didnât have enough to supply the whole city simultaneously. Needless to say, generators were a popular item, and my companyâs plant and headquarters had a big generator that supported the plant when the commercial power went down. I was in an elevator when the power went out one day, and all the local folks were not the least bit disturbed when the elevator stopped in mid-flight (lights went out, too), and then started again when the generator came on. Some appliances are sensitive to low voltage (electric motors and refrigerators) and will draw too much current when the voltage drops too low. This device will protect such devices from burning out motor windings because of low voltage. I was around for the big Northeast power outage in 1965, and instead of seeing lights on and then suddenly lights off, it did something entirely unexpected. The voltage dropped very slowly, so the filament-based bulbs gradually dimmed over a period of 10 or 15 minutes. This device will protect appliances or other devices sensitive to low voltage in such a circumstance. In 2003, the voltage fluctuated considerably (my UPS had an alarm) before it went out entirely in the Northeast. I recorded the voltage fluctuations before the complete outage, and it would have damaged our computer systems had they not been protected. This device is much cheaper than a UPS and can provide acceptable protection from damage to the computer hardware. Computers have operating systems that will generally protect the data in the event of a sudden outage, but low or high voltage may damage computer hardware beyond repair. This device will cut off the power in the event of a malfunction of the AC mains and protect the devices connected to it.Another quite valuable feature is its ability to turn on after a fixed delay that you can set. Often, when there is a power outage, power will go out, come back on briefly for a few seconds, and then go out again. This may cause severe hardware damage to your computer or refrigerator. You can set this device to keep the power off for up to 3 minutes after power is restored, so you can wait until the mains are stable before restoring power to the devices you want to protect. I highly recommend this protective device, even if you have a UPS or generator, to protect expensive or difficult-to-replace electronic devices and appliances.

So far looks good, butâ¦..
I just received this product a day ago and have not had a chance to install it, but will probably get it installed today. At first glance, the packaging is decent. The build quality looks pretty good. The cord length is about 20 inches and may be a little short for some applications. In my case, which is a refrigerator in a garage this may be a bit of a challenge. Another issue is the box is almost 2 1/2 inches deep so keep in mind if you have to mount this behind your refrigerator/freezer youâre going to be pushing your refrigerator/freezer an additional 2 1/2 inches from the wall. Functions and features look encouraging, although I wish you could narrow the voltage off max (135v) and min (90V) ranges. The e-fuse feature is interesting but frankly, I donât know if my refrigerator has an e-fuse in it. In addition to that, reading some comments indicate this function may not work at all. Something to consider if you plan on using this on ultra sensitive electronics like computers or microprocessor’s. But I think the biggest concern I have is that I donât see any indication that this has any type of certification: No UL, CSA, ETL (Intertek), etc. With that in mind, Iâd seriously have second thoughts about installing this somewhere I didnât have clear line of site to, such as in an attic or closet. Oh, instructions are surprising well written and informative in spite of the grammatical errors indicating they probably werenât written state side.UPDATE: installed! all the lights came on. i probed each outlet for voltage and got good readings. So far so good. the proof will be with the first brown out/power outage. fortunately that doesn’t happen to often out here in Az.

A well designed surge protection device
This is a surge protector that has multiple settings that you can select. It has two grounded standard Edison outlets that are rated to deliver a maximum output of 1800 watts. The device will turn off automatically if the supply voltage goes below 90 volts AC or above 130 VAC. All the indicator lights are red LEDs, located on the front face of the device. All choices are made directly by pushing the LEDs.You select the amount of time the device waits after the voltage returns to the normal range. There are four choices for this delay time. You can choose to enable over-current protection. Set the maximum current for the surge protector to allow, ranging from one to fifteen amps. This is done in one amp increments by successive button pushes as shown in my video clip. The surge protector is a hard plastic construction. The power cord is rated for 1800 watts. There are four cutouts at the edges of the device,  with a set of mounting screws included in the box.The surge suppressor offers a lot of settings that the user can easily set or change “on the fly” — right on the front of the device. I found this to be very well designed and user friendly. I would consider this item to be a very good value for the cost.
