nice massger
This is a nice massager. I has heat and no heat options. There are buttons on one strap that can control the heat, speed and direction along with power on and off. It gives a nice massage. It helped a lot with my back pain last week. You can use it easily for various different parts of the body.

As someone who gets stiff neck from sitting at computer this massager is just great for pain relief. Either in bed or during zoom meeting it helps you to relax and remove soreness.

Not cordless and has short cord
The massager of this device itself is nice and comfortable, but the device is not cordless and the cord is only about 4 or 5 feet long so you either need an extension cord or have to sit right next to the wall to use it. It would have been nice if they included a longer cord at least, and a cordless feature would be optimal.

Handy neck massager for upper back area , shoulder pain relief. Heating is just normal but massage is good. Light weight for use after work.

Really like it so far
I was suffering from bad headaches and dizziness. The doctor kept telling me it was stress and anxiety. Turns out it was just muscles in the back of my head, neck and shoulders. I hold it with my hands and position where I want it hardly every use the straps. The wall plug could be longer but other than that I feel it was worth what I paid for it.
