Used as bicycle helmet head light. Works great.
I use this item as a bicycle helmet head light. It is small enough to fit in a jersey pocket and gives me light where I’m looking (as a opposed to a bike mounted light which will probably give you light where you are already going). Very small, light, straps onto helmet quickly, fits in pocket, rechargeable, different modes of brightness (in traffic as opposed to on a dark bumpy trail). While not a super heavy duty solution, for getting home in the dark it works great. The helmet strapping/attachment is not great as I don’t think it’s actually designed for this, but it works fine for me.I know these are popular for jigsaw puzzles and working in small spaces (tech workers), my use case is a bicycle head light.

Great quality for the price. Thoughtful design.
I appreciate how lightweight this headlamp is. I also like the reflective headband. Itâs very simple to use, very lightweight, packs away very easily. Itâs also very bright. I also like the red light feature and the strobe feature. Purchasing a more expensive headlamp from Pretzel or Black Diamond in my opinion is unnecessary. This brand gives you good quality and intelligent design for much less the price.

Great quality. Easy to carry with you.
This LED headlamp has become an indispensable tool in my everyday carry arsenal, and for good reason. With its versatile functionality and compact design, it’s proven itself to be a reliable companion in various situations, from outdoor adventures to everyday tasks. One of the standout features of this headlamp is its multiple settings, which allow for customizable combinations of light output to suit different needs. Whether I’m navigating a dark trail or working on a project in low-light conditions, I can easily adjust the brightness and beam type to illuminate my surroundings with precision. What’s more, the headlamp packs away easily, making it a convenient addition to my EDC (everyday carry) kit. Its lightweight and compact form factor ensure that it takes up minimal space, yet it delivers maximum utility when needed. Whether stashed in a backpack or kept in my glove compartment, I always have it within reach for any unexpected situation that may arise. One surprising use I’ve discovered for this headlamp is during my dog’s ear cleaning routine. The hands-free illumination provided by the headlamp allows me to see clearly and navigate the delicate task with ease, ensuring that my furry friend receives the care they deserve without any hassle.Overall, this LED headlamp has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and convenience. Its multiple settings, compact design, and versatility make it a must-have for anyone looking to be prepared for whatever life throws their way. Whether you’re an outdoor enthusiast, a DIY enthusiast, or a pet parent, this headlamp is sure to become an essential part of your toolkit.

Pretty great but bad strap
The strap is too fiddly and hard to keep from tangling and a little too small to boot. But it’s easy to make a better version on the cheap and the light itself is pretty great. Nice battery life especially.

MUCH better than other headlamps Iâd tried
I wasnât able to appreciate THIS headlamp until Iâd tried other cheaper ones â the type with the horizontal band of LEDs that go full width across your forehead. That kind of headlamp always felt uncomfortable, and needed to be re-centered every time I put it on. I needed a headlamp to walk my dog late at night, to alert cars and to be able to see any coyotes, bobcats, etc. in my vicinity..Other than its band discomfort, that horizontal type couldnât be directed downward to the sidewalk or road, or simply to avoid blinding someone coming toward me. The last thing I didnât like about that style was the lack of intuitiveness about the control buttons. So, I did a lot of research, and came up with the style that I am reviewing. Iâve used it now for several week, and am very pleased. Itâs very easy to put on, take off, and adjust to center because of the simplicity of its thin and one-button adjustable paracord. It has the same wide beam spread without needing a full width LED array. The best thing for me is that the lamp can swivel downward to any desired degree, making it easy to avoid blinding people, to see the ground in close proximity when needed, etc. Itâs so lightweight and innocuous to wear that itâs almost like wearing NO head apparatus at all. I havenât yet needed to recharge it, and Iâve used it nightly for weeks. I got the yellow version which comes with black buttons that are very easy to find without having to hunt for them. I also like that thereâs no overt branding; I like subtle. Although I havenât used the solid or flashing red light feature, iâve tried it just to see the effect, and would imagine it useful in illuminating surroundings while wanting to be more discreet. Oh, and this thing is amazingly lightweight. Itâs just a great design, and works as well as promised.

Favorite Headlamp
This lamp moved to the top of my favorite list immediately. I’m not going to waste your time by repeating all the functions that it has, but will tell you that the light weight, lumens, and battery life made this my favorite headlamp after my first overnight fishing trip and I’ve had quite a few high end headlamps over the years. If you’ve seen any of my other reviews you know I tell it like it is and will give a bad review in a heartbeat if a product doesn’t live up to it’s claims. This one lived up to it and more. Love this little light along with my NiteCore EA25 that I’ve had for years now.P.S. I forgot to tell you that I jumped in the river, not remembering both aforementioned lights were I’m my pockets and it didn’t affect them a bit. They still work perfectly.Best regards,Jax Nole on YouTube

I would have probably got the wider headband if I knew.

Have not used on a full hike yet (next week!) âbut will be using this for all of my hikes. Variations in lights (flood/red etc ) are handy, it is SUPER light and very comfortable (I like the strap a lot more than the wide elastic on most headlamps. Will get a lot of use. Love the rechargeable feature especially! (NoMore searching for batteries in trail towns )

I’ve been using it for camping so far and I liked it, the “controls/buttons” might not be the most intuitive but it works : it’s very lightweight and the “head/light” direction is adjustable so you can adjust it like you want, depending on what you do.
