A Very, Very Nice Work Chair!
There’s so much cool features to this chair, its so awesome! Putting it together was easier than expected with the simple, straight forward single page of instructions with great illustrations and clearly marked parts. I like how the screws were organized instead of bagged to make it even easier and not lose parts. Kudos for the locktite on the screws so they don’t unscrew in the future. The quality of this item is very nice, the cushion is very comfortable and easy to clean. Arm rests, neck/head rest, height is adjustable, and the lumbar support is very strong. I enjoy sitting and fidgeting with all the adjustments while doing real work on it!

Amazing quality!
The chair was promptly delivered, it was easy to assemble (took me about 45 minutes) and itâs very comfortable. Great value for the money, I definitely recommend!

Strong lumbar support, great office chair
Well, I’ve had the chair for 2 months, figured I could give an objective review. The negatives: the lumbar support is very prominent; if you like to slouch, you won’t like this chair. If you sit properly, it provides great lower back support. The other negative is I wish the headrest was a little less moveable; it seems to move out of position pretty easily. The pluses: this is a great office chair. I sit pretty straight up when I’m working, and I can sit for 8+ hours. My rear gets sore after 2-3 straight hours, so I wish the seat had a little more cushion, but that’s easily fixed with a seat cushion. I’m tall, and the arm rests come up high enough to support my elbows. Wish the armrests had a little more cushion, but at least they’re not simple hard plastic. So the chair was a good price, and will last me for quite a while as I work from home. Pleased as I could be!

A Great Chair with Forgivable Flaws
Overall, for the price, this is a fine chair. There are some cheap feeling pieces – particularly the arms, but nothing feels fragile or like it’ll break on you. I’m around 260lbs and it’s very comfortable for me.Assembly only took a few minutes – like most office chairs it’s easy to put together. The mesh back is nice if you’re like me and get the back sweats sitting at leather-backed chairs all day.The amount of support you get is going to depend on your body size – if you carry a lot of weight or are bigger down low where the lumbar support is you may actually find this chair uncomfortable. if you’re pretty evenly proportioned throughout your body I think you’ll love it.Overall I think this is a great chair, and while some complaints (back support may be too low, arms feel really cheap and can still be moved when locked) I think it’s great value.

This chair is really comfy and easily adjustable to my likings. I really like how easy it was to assemble the chair and the instructions were really clear. My favorite part of the chair is the soft cushions on the seat and surprisingly your able to lay pretty far back on the chair then what I had expected. Overall, this is a great chair and I would totally recommend.

Neck Support
The chair was easy to assemble. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and supportive. I have some degenerative neck issues that make it hard to hold my head up for long periods of time. The neck support on this chair is a game changer for me.

Terribly Uncomfortable
Not sure why chair manufacturers put the lumbar support so low on chairs. I thought the lumbar support would be adjustable, but it’s not, which leaves a large plastic part digging into my spine. Extremely uncomfortable for someone with a butt!The headrest does the same but it’s a little more accurate in the placement. I’m going to be buying a different chair with a separate lumbar support pillow so I can adjust it myself. And I’ll sell this on FB marketplace since it’s impossible to repack.Arm rests are also uncomfortable and don’t move back far enough. Not sure if maybe this chair is made for larger people? Would need arm rest pads to make it bearable.Looks nice though.
