   Great all around fasciitis tape. For anything else that you need support on your hands and feet.
   This is a very good deal because you get plenty of tape for nine dollars.As long as you use alcohol on the skin area before you put the tape down, you’re good to go.Great for fasciitis around the heel of the foot. Tape goes from the ball of the foot back around the heel and up. Works well. I endorse this product.

   Not Sticky
   I liked how much product can for the price. Pretty good bang for the buck. Only problem is it doesn’t stick will to skin. I had to use quite a bit for it to support well. It did relieve pain in my foot and hand.

    This is similar to elastoplast tape rather than sports tape. No backing and not as adhesive either. Really disappointed
