This works perfectly for me. I have a very small arm and was using the cuff that came with my bloodPressure monitor. My reading were very high and not accurate. My heart doctor suggested I get a smaller cuff, now my readings are accurate compared with the doctor’s office.

This cuff is made very well and fits nicely into the OMRON monitor.Unfortunately, I bought this for my wifeâs useâbecause she thought thought that the cuff that provided with the monitor was too bigâand it is too small for her use. Itâs perfect for an very thin adult or a child.

Good product …exactly matches the description. it comes with 2 adapters which fits to omron 7120 without any problem …This cuff is of size 17-22 cm which suits perfectly for toddlers .. I am a pediatric doctor ..and it serves my purpose perfectly …This cuf is NOT MEANT FOR ADULTS

Bought this for my elderly mother who could not use standard cuff because her upper arm is too thin. This does the job efficiently and she can take her blood pressure without assistance and with confidence the measurements are accurate. Well worth buying this brand with this option.
