   52 yrs later…
   Snowboarder for over 27 years, Xtreme Rollerblading for 20, skateboarder into my early 30s. Recently moved to Cali and wanted to get into longboarding, bought one a few weeks ago, 3 days ago on the boardwalk I saw a guy take a massive ” header ” due to no fault of his own. I mentioned to my Daughter what happened and she begged me to get a helmet. I read a ton of reviews and features. This was the best bang for the buck. Perfect fit, comfortable, came w additional pad inserts too. Hopefully I never have to put it to a real test,but it feels very durable, so I think I’d be OK.

   Good Afforable Pick
   Needed an XL and for someone that has long locs, it fits nice! I did have to take out the padding except the forehead padding for a more comfortable fit but it works! Feel supported!

   Bought 4 and All Were Great
   We bought four of these helmets for the family as we were going caving and wanted to protect our heads as we spelunked through the treacherous beginner and intermediate caves 🙂 That being said, these worked great, having the two different removable liners ensured that we got the best snug (but not too tight) fit on each of our heads.Sizes ran true to the chart, though it’s strange that size large is recommended for all head sizes. We ignored that and went off the chart and all got a helmet that fit very well. On the positive, these held up well after the cleaning that is necessary when you come out of caves to avoid spreading anything to other caves in the future. We also had some minor head taps and other than hearing it, didn’t feel anything and no marks were left on the helmet (or cave).

   Quality helmet for the price
   Nice quality for the price. Be aware the sizing chart is a bit off. If you are an adult, get at least the large. I have a small head and I actually fit the small category according to the chart. I ordered a medium (just in case) and it was still too small. Large fit fine.

   Pretty standard fit but a little narrow on the temple area leading to pressure and discomfort over time.
