The seal is tough
It took me a little to get the seal to lock. I had to lay out flat in the sun to soften and shape the opening to get the creases from shipping out. The bag is durable and a good size.

Pelican quality
This is a very straightforward dry bag. Perfect for small items at the beach or by pool side. Keeps everything absolutely dry. I also like the seafood window pouch which you can use to hold your phone and operate your phone right through the window. Very convenient Product.

It does what itâs intended
Tested it. Used paper towels in both phone and storage compartments. Not meant to be fully submerged in water but threw it around and splashed in a bathtub. Both paper towels are fully dry. You have to use the bag sealer to prevent any water coming in. Yes itâs 2 rolls as instructions and in video and though water is very damp once it penetrates those parts, the seal will top it off and prevent remaining sprinkle of water entering.

Perfect size and excellent quality
Hi, I really like the size of this bad. Itâs just big enough to accommodate my keys, phone and a light windbreaker. The material seems thick/durable and the carry strap is handy.There is an internal ziplock pocket for your phone that gives an added measure of protection. Operating the phone through the clear window worked well too. It was a good purchase that I expect to serve me well when paddling.

so i jumped the gun on my last review… this actually works well… only thing is the main bags seal you have to be sure you hear click into place to know that its actually sealed. the best way to ensure that is … . seal it then slighty open the top if the seal comes right apart easily its not sealed. if it stays together its sealed.

Multiple quality failures _hard to use
Clip broke day 2 of trip under normal use. Internal tear near WP seal inside in first couple days on trip.Design seemed solid, however after use (independent of 2 failures named) product is hard to use. I was in 60-80°F weather-it was difficult to close the two WP seals. Weather below 60° I would imagine make closure , hence water proofness very difficult. I will replace with a different product.

Strap stitching is not acceptable considering the price.
Great product, but the Stitching on strap broke after one week of usage. Plus the inner zip lock does not work at all.

I love the pelican brand and up until I bought this I have had no problems and 100% confidence in them.But this dry bag is a bit of a letdown.If you donât properly lock the ziplock at the top of the bag it lets lots of water in.And correctly locking the ziplock is really fiddly.The bag does look fantastic and the material it is made from is top quality. The plastic buckles and strap are also excellent.The phone case within the bag also has its own separate ziplock seal. That is also tricky but it can be made to seal and it does work. The phone did not get wet.So lots of great things to say about it but the top ziplock is a bit of a shame.
