A Feeder Exclusive to One – With a dedicated upgraded light collar tag, the PETLIBRO One RFID automatic cat feeder ensures each pet in a multi-pet household has access to its own exclusive feeder. Whether your pets struggle with food aggression or have unique dietary requirements that require separated feeding, this feeder is designed to address these concerns, ensuring that each pet receives the individual care and attention they deserve. (Only supports the provided collar tag.)
Monitor Pet Eating Habits in Real-Time – The PETLIBRO auto cat feeder with collar tag sensor, supported by Pawsense on the app, generates insightful data reports by monitoring your pet’s meal times and frequency, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of their eating patterns.
Intelligent Automatic Feeding – The PETLIBRO app enables you to create or modify multiple feeding schedules at your convenience, bringing consistency and balance into your pet’s mealtimes. The manual feeding option also allows you to provide an extra reward for your furry friend anytime. (The 3L PETLIBRO automatic pet feeder with collar tag sensor can accommodate a cat for approximately two weeks, though actual duration may vary based on consumption.)
Adjustable Lid Settings for Quicker Adaptation – The food bowl lid speed of the PETLIBRO Wi-Fi timed cat feeder can be adjusted to one of three modes, enabling your pet to quickly adapt to the feeder based on their needs. Additionally, the lid’s closing time can be customized, providing the flexibility to close the lid within 1-10 seconds after the pet walks away.
Five-Layers of Freshness – The sealed lid on the PETLIBRO smart cat feeder, equipped with silicone strips on the edges, effectively isolates air from entering the food tank. When used with the provided desiccant bag, the kibble in the food tank is well protected. Moreover, the sealed rotor remains tightly closed when food is not dispensed, working together with the lid to ensure that your pet enjoys the freshest food possible.

Reliable automated dog feeder for larger dry dog food-gets the job done
Our dog keeps getting up earlier and earlier to be fed in the morning, and it was really disrupting our sleep. I had tried one of these machines in the past and returned it within 5 minutes because it couldn’t connect to Wifi. When my sleep was so disrupted it was affecting my daily functioning, I decided it was time to find an automatic dog feeder that actually works. This one does.Thank you, Amazon, for offering a wide selection of items and having detailed reviews–which is why I’m writing one like this now, approximately after a month of usage. All of these automated feeders are Made in China (MIC) and around the same price point, so how do you differentiate? The biggest thing IMO is to NOT buy one that requires connection to WiFi. The 2.4 vs 5 GHz requirement is a deal-breaker in any household with wireless internet. I also don’t need or care about a camera or app: the fewer moving parts, the more reliable. Next, food size capacity is critical. There is one moving part, and if it gets clogged, you’re screwed. This brand specifically handles up to 15 mm diameter food, which is the size of my small/medium dog’s dry food. So far, it has dispensed without any problems.Programming the feeding times and amounts is fairly straightforward. The directions are clear enough (see below). You can also program a voice ‘call’; though the sound quality isn’t great, it works. The unit has a fairly long extension cord or requires 3 D batteries (I used three old NiMH rechargeables whcih seem to work). The food storage bin holds at least one week’s worth of food for our 25 pound dog. It has a lock on the top lid to prevent the dog from breaking in.The machine works very well so far. My dog, however, remains very confused and intimidated by it. Breaking her Pavlovian ritual of waking us up to be fed breakfast, or barking to be fed her second meal, has been much more difficult to do–but that’s not the machine’s fault!I give this 5 stars because it works as described, and reliably. I would really give 4.5 starts becauseseveral simple aspects could be readily improved (a common complaint for all things MIC): Make the icons visible on the buttons (they are almost invisible and require either a flashlight or looking at the instructions each time to figure out which buttons are which); write directions in non-broken English; and make the food bowl connection to the machine with metal rather than plastic, which can easily break. I don’t need or care about WiFi connection, app or camera as described above, so those are actually positive omissions.

Great feeder, works well
I was looking into pet feeders/bowls that locked until the correct cat came along because one of my cats is getting fat, I suspected he was stealing from his sister so I ordered two of these ones.Pros:- Works amazing, RFID tag and sensor mat work great, havenât had any issues with it not recognizing the cat and refusing to open the lid- Even if it did refuse to open the lid, thereâs a feature on the app where you can change it to âalways openâ until I guess customer support got back to you but havenât needed to go through that yet- App is easy to navigate and use to set up feeding times and amount- Canât steal food from each other. During the first week after I got these, my greedy cat would quickly finish his, see that his sister still has some in her bowl so heâd go to hers but he couldnât get it. Itâs been about a month and a half now and since he knows he canât steal from her anymore, heâs gotten better about eating in moderation since his backup food source is now locked from himCons:- Odd feeding amounts. It measures in 1/12 of a cup which I just think is weird and Iâm also not completely sure thatâs accurate, it seems to be more than 1/12 of a cup that comes out.- I just wish the bowls were tilted a little bit and not as deep so the food would come out and always slide forward, I just worry about my cats getting whisker fatigue but it hasnât seemed to be an issue yet

Stops overeating and food stealing, but has a few quirks.
This feeder definitely solves the problem it was designed to solve, and itâs almost amazing. We have 2 cats. Our 3-year-old is a great food regulator. He grazes throughout the day and night and just naturally eats the proper amount. The newest one has a tendency to over-eat and will eat hers and the other catâs food. Getting 2 of these has solved this problem, and both cats have benefitted.Pros:Well-designed app.Flexible portions and schedules.Manual skipping.Fun LED display.Fun âmealtime announcementâ.Good seal to keep food fresh.Battery backup means meals will happen on schedule during a power outage. Our cats adapted very quickly with no drama.Areas for improvement:The button locking is very aggressive, meaning you have just a matter of seconds after unlocking the control panel on the feeder to do what you need, usually opening the door to clean the bowl. Generally itâs enough of a hassle that itâs easier to find your phone and just use the app.The latching mechanism can be easily jammed by kibble, and itâs quite easy for a kitty to get a piece or two into the little indentation where the latch goes. And the big one – using a collar exclusively without an option to use the pet microchip is a very big problem. Collars can come off. If this happens while you are away, your cat will not be able to get their meals. When we go out of town, we have a sitter that visits once a day, and we also have a few cameras we use to check in on them. If someone loses a collar, we do have the option to just set the feeders to open mode in an emergency. Nevertheless, this could be a real problem if you are relying on this feeder to keep your kitty fed while you are away, and using the pet microchip would make this practically a perfect feeder. The chip inside the included collar is the same type chip used for standard microchipping, but since the antenna is built into the floor mat, it canât read a chip on top of the cat where most are located. Sureflap has a feeder that works perfectly with pet microchips, but it is a single serving feeder. Iâm not sure why PetLibro couldnât design a âportalâ antenna that can reliably read a pet microchip, but relying on a collar is not a great solution. Maybe they will add an option in the future – the antenna is a snap-on component that could easily be replaced for an upgraded one. Conclusion: This is an expensive feeder, and if you need one, you probably actually need at least two of them. Nevertheless, it does elegantly solve the problem of cats who shouldnât be eating each othersâ food, even for times when you canât be there, and also does a good job with scheduling and portioning. Cats are creatures of habit, and having consistent mealtimes with a familiar announcement at every meal gives them structure and gives them one less thing to be anxious about. It also cuts down on begging, since they canât Jedi mind trick the feeder into giving them food.If it could read a pet chip I would give it 5 stars.

Our cat needs a specific calorie count as he had gained some weight. We were measuring food daily and even tried doing a week at a time but it was becoming a hassle. This machine has been amazing! The setup was very easy and the machine works great for our catâs food (Purina Overweight Management). Calculating the number of portions was simple. I dispensed a single portion from the machine a few times and weighed them to get an average per portion (they were very close) then figured out how many portions he needed per day (14) and divided them up into 3 meals (5-5-4). We have needed to move the unit to a different location a couple of times and since we had the battery installed we didnât lose the meal settings when it was unplugged for a few minutes. We havenât used the voice feature because our cat seems to know when food time is getting close and hangs around it. As soon as he hears the food dropping into the bowl he comes running! The large hopper holds at least a few weeks of food so I would feel comfortable trusting it to keep him fed if we needed to be away for a few days. We havenât had any issues with it becoming jammed or skipping meals.

The device works well for the most part and fulfills it’s use as an auto feeder plus rfid tagger so only one of my cats can eat from it.However there seems to be a touch sensitivity and button placement issue, whereby once I unlock the touch buttons (they are by default locked) there are ghost inputs. The worst part is the lid open button is right next to the reset button, so when I tried to manually open the lid, the ghost input instead kept resetting the device causing me to redo the whole setup a few times. Also for a device that cost that much perhaps it would not be too much to ask that a camera come equipped so we can see which pet is using the feeder rather than rely on the rfid tracker which can be wildly inaccurate at times; I have seen a few instances where my cat was eating from it but the app says it has not used the feeder.

The product looks great. But the material is not strong enough to compensate for kittens that like to chew things. In one day the product was ripped and bitten by a 6 month old kitten.

As others have had, our issue was the cat waking us up at 4 and 5 am to be fed. Too save my sanity I thought I had to try something. Our cat took to this easily, my wife recorded her voice calling the cat and when she hears this she just runs downstairs to the feeder. The voice is not very loud and I was concerned that she would not hear it but obviously her ears are better than mine and we have it in the basement and she can hear the voice prompt from a long way away. I set it for 5:30 am and have not been woken up since. I also have a small snack at 12 noon and then another feeding at 6pm. The cat runs every time she hears it. If I have one complaint its the extremely small font used in the instruction manual and the hard to read buttons on the unit. Makes it a bit of a challenge to program it the first time, but once you get thru that it works as it should.

I like my sleep, and I like knowing that Chandler will be fed while Iâm away at work. I had this feeder for 2.5 years and then it stopped working. Great value for my money.. but just disappointing that it stopped working. But when it DID work. It was perfect. I was able to sleep past 4:30 am! Setting it up was a little difficult, and the instructions werenât the greatest. But once you figure it out, itâs a breeze.
