Great use after occupational therapy for my hand!
After intense weekly occupational therapy for a hand injury sustained in a car accident, I needed additional relief. This hand massager has been incredibly soothing and effective in helping me relax my injured fingers. The combination of the massager and cocoa butter lotion takes the experience to another level, leaving my hand feeling relaxed. I typically will put the tip of the massager directly on the spots that hurt on my index finger and let the vibrations iron out the tension. Itâs easy to use, gentle yet effective and has become a vital part of my recovery routine. It comes with two separate tips that can be switched out and includes batteries. Highly recommended for anyone looking to alleviate discomfort or enhance their hand therapy experience!

Obsessed but it died on me lol
I absolutely loved this thing. I recently had hand surgery from a severed tendon in my knuckle. And scar massages by hand are trash. 0/10 would recommend. But this thing made it so much easier my physical therapist suggested it. Iâve had it about 3 weeks and it just died on me. Used several different batteries. It just stopped working. I couldn’t find the contact information for the company. Iâm definitely gonna purchase another one. Just wish I didnât have to.

Does what it describes; used for scar tissue surface and dont want to imply excessive pressure and aid in any tissue/muscle stimulation. Very identical to what the therapy place uses for a broken arm.The pressure and the tips are just enough as you dont want excessive force on these types of injured locations as that can create other nerve issues.AMS

Great for massaging scars
I bought one of these because my OT uses one on my scars after hand and elbow surgery. I didnât really care about the heat feature, but I chose this one because it would arrive sooner.The first one I received did I not work. You know that feeling when an electronic item doesnât work and you wonder if it needs fresh batteries and then you wonder if you put the batteries in wrong because it must be user error, right? Nope. These things donât necessarily work upon arrival. I had to exchange mine for another one, which worked, thank goodness.It uses a C battery and comes with one. Iâve been using mine for 10 to 15 minutes daily for about two weeks and I am still on the first battery.The heat feature is just silly. It is the metal looking tip, which the non-heat version doesnât include. Supposedly the metal tip gets warm as you run the machine⦠But it doesnât. Luckily, I was not looking for that feature, so Iâm not really disappointed. But if you are excited about the heat feature, this thing isnât really heated.Now the good stuff. This works great as a massager for scars using scar reducing oil or even just lotion it helps scar tissue, not build up inside your body, and apparently it helps them look smoother on top. Itâs also helps with desensitization of the scars. My OT uses this with the round flat head, so thatâs what I do too. The head attachments go on easily and come off easily. The massage heads also have rubber pieces covering them that come off easily for washing. Some of the rubber pieces arenât cut smoothly, but I just ran a sharp blade along the edge and it took the excess material right off.So if you can be patient enough to wait until you get a working one, and you donât care about the heat feature, this is a great little device.

perfect for therapy
I bought this after having some surgery, thumb joint replacement surgery. My therapist suggested it since they are using one there at the office, to use one at home to help with the therapy. This little machine is awesome. It has helped the pain and helped my therapy move along fast. Before I was crying in pain, now I and next to nothing in pain. I actually was contemplating not getting one for home but after the long weekend I decided yes I needed one for home therapy as well as out patient therapy. I highly recommend this product. It really helps to relax the muscles before you have to do my exercises.

Update: It died. I haven’t used it for a couple of months. Had a second surgery, and needed to use it again. Turned it on and NOTHING! Put in new batteries right out of the package. Still NOTHING. It has literally been sitting on a shelf untouched for 2 months, and it died What kind of a product dies sitting on a shelf?$20 down the drain because I can’t return it now. Might want to think twice about buying this one.Recently had surgery to repair a severed tendon in my finger. I noticed that my therapist was using one like this and decided that I could do this at home and possibly speed up my recovery. It’s been great. It’s exactly what I wanted. It’s small enough to hold on to and manipulate, has multiple heads to get into different areas of the hand, does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and was a great price. FYI, there is a clear plastic disc in the battery compartment. (should be colored so you can see itâ¹) YOU MUST REMOVE THIS IN ORDER FOR THE DEVICE TO WORK. This is pretty standard when batteries are included, but apparently common sense isn’t all that common. For those who say it’s not very powerful, it’s not designed for large areas like your back, your shoulder, or even your neck. This is designed for a small area like a hand or foot, (hence the name, “Point Relief”), and it’s perfect for those areas. Quite powerful for a hand.

I received the massager and it did not work even after changing the battery. Received a refund without a return, after I pointed out to the seller that the return address was in the USA and this contravenes the UK Amazon policy.

Zu Beginn wirkte das Produkt super und wie erwartet.Leider hielt dieser Eindruck nur 4 Wochen. Dann gab das Gerät ohne äuÃere Einwirkungen plötzlich den Geist auf und war auch nicht zu reparieren.Leider zeigte sich der Hersteller null kooperativ und uneinsichtig womit ich jedem nur von Bestellungen dieses Produktes und generell jeglicher Bestellung bei diesem Hersteller abraten muss!!
