Water Temp was sub par
The inlet water has to be above 55 degrees to get a nice hot shower. We put this in a cool stream and couldn’t get the temp past 98 degrees. Yes, is better than nothing, but we expected this to work similar to a wall hanging camp shower we set up at our camp that will take 40 degree spring water and heat it up to 120 degrees. We are keeping this to use as it has its own pump and very portable but have to bring a bucket so we can heat the water before each use.

throw the cig adapter away
Unit needs 14.5 volts or higher to be able to charge and operate which the AC adapter provides but most 12 volt sources from a cig lighter will not. I did run 16.5 volts into it with no issues but Iâm not sure what the upper voltage limit is. Good luck actually charging this thing from. DC sourceâ¦

Charging Issue
Water heater looked good, did have something rattling in it and I found a loose screw banging around but the biggest issue it wouldn’t charge the internal battery. When hooked up to an external battery it worked correctly. Too bad it was defective and obvious lack of quality control.

Emergency hot water.
We got this to be used as an emergency tool. There are no safe spaces in the world where it is 100% without any threat of a catastrophic event, so it’s important to have tools like this stored for those emergencies. We can use this for camping and other events as well, but for us this is mostly for any long term power-outage or event where we could use hot water quickly. The heater is well made and comes with everything you should need in an emergency, including a power backup for a quick charge if you make sure to keep the thing charged. Honestly, that’s not the most important part for us. The hot water is the main desire for us. Being without electricity long term can be a breeding ground for bacteria and other nasties, so having access to hot water helps to reduce that. You can take a hot bath, wash your dishes, or even have hot water to wash your clothes if needed. Great product, very reasonable price for this item.

This is an awesome portable water heater/water pump / shower! This is really all the things in one lol! You simply connect us to your propane and get the water going and you are good to go! This actually works super fast and I’m very impressed by how hot the water can actually get! You’ll want to be very careful. I got this because I thought it would be perfect for our survival kit as well as for camping! Once you get everything going there are no leaks whatsoever. Everything is super high quality and very heavy duty and well made. This gets a great water flow and there has been no issue with anything whatsoever thus far. We got to try it out this past weekend and used it multiple times with no issue. It comes very well packed and secured with everything that you are supposed to get. I would say this is 100% true to the ad! Definitely a 10 out of 10! Amazing value for your money
