Portable and Versatile Red Light Therapy Pad
I got this red light therapy pad for my father-in-law, and it’s been quite effective. It’s easy to wrap around different areas like the wrist, elbow, knee, or lower back. The combination of 660nm and 850nm infrared red light penetrates deeply, helping to alleviate strain and discomfort. Over time, he’s noticed reduced pain and increased comfort, especially with wrist strain from extended computer use.The pad is non-invasive and offers multiple modes to suit different needs. It’s also portable and versatile, making it a solid choice for enhancing blood circulation and relieving pain. The only downside is that it needs to stay plugged in during use, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great product, and I would recommend it.

Great little Red LIght Therapy pad
This little Red Light Therapy (RLT) pad is very versatile. It has a high density of 60 LEDs covering both the 660nm (red light) and 850nm (near infrared light) spectra that are generally accepted to be most effective. I fold it in half to cover both sides of my hand for regular treatments, but you can also use the supplied elastic bands with Velcro to use it on your back or pretty much anywhere else. It comes with a USB power cord and wall adapter (which many companies are now leaving out). I use it with a 10,000 mAh battery power bank that I purchased to recharge my phone when I travel, but it works very well with this RLT pad.At the current price, I consider it a very good deal.

No noticeable benefit after three weeks of consistent daily use
I have been applying this light therapy unit to the tendonitis flare in my elbow for three weeks now. Using 2-3 times a day for 30-ish minutes each session. Unfortunately, my tendonitis pain is the same as before I started using the red light therapy pad. I don’t believe it’s strong enough. It is also not the most convenient thing to use. The light therapy unit has to remain plugged into a wall outlet or power bank when in use. It doesn’t hold a charge. The included charging cord is also very short, so you are on a short leash and need to stay near the wall outlet. This forces you to remain stationary, unless you have a power bank. I wanted to wait until I could judge the efficacy of the red light therapy before investing in a power bank. I don’t believe I’ll be getting one, as I have noticed no changes in my symptoms.

portable and versatile
The best feature of this red-light therapy pad is its portability and versatility. Itâs easy to wrap around areas like the wrist, elbow, knee, or lower back. The combination of 660nm and 850nm infrared red light penetrates deeply into the skin, which helps to alleviate strain and discomfort. Iâve been using this pad to address wrist strain caused by extended computer use. Over time, Iâve noticed a gradual improvement, with reduced pain and increased comfort. This pad is non-invasive, making it a great option for enhancing blood circulation and relieving pain. Additionally, it offers multiple modes to suit different needs. Good For Lower Back
Red Light Therapy LED Pad, Wearable 660nm & 850nm Infrared Light Therapy Belt Device, Portable. This is a rectangular red light that requires electricity to operate. Included is a USB adapter and USB to USB-C cable. The red light therapy pad connects with the USB-C. The pad is large enough to cover my lower back and secures with a separate velcro band. A power bank is not included but the pad is portable if connected to a power bank. I love portable heating pads and Iâm looking for a power bank that will work with this pad. Press the button for 3 seconds to turn on the heating pad. It has 3 levels, red/blue/green lights. I think red is the highest level with green the lowest level however the instructions have blue as the highest level. I have used the red level for my lower back several times. It works for 20 minutes with an auto-shutoff. It turns off silently so I set a timer on my phone for 20 minutes. I like that red light therapy pads give me relief quicker (20 min.) than regular heating pads (30-40 min). The pad is comfortable but the USB cord is short and I have to sit very close to an outlet.11-22-24
