Decent, not great, expensive for what it is
Ehh, I’m not a huge fan of this kit. I got it mostly for the resistance bands, and they are decent, although one of the knots on one of them is already slipping so that one is already unusable as I don’t want to injure myself. And the rest of the set is mediocre at best. The push-up board works but there’s no straight handle option (bench press style) at all for aside from the inner tricep grips which are way too close together for normal push-ups. There is also no good handle position for supination push-ups.You also canât really use the bands with the board for squats, curls, etc–something I was actually really excited about with the included bar–because they are too long and canât get enough resistance. When using them for squatting they’re flappy at the bottom and don’t really add anything. It’s basically a body weight squat. The board also says it has a 300lb weight limit, which is actually very little–I’m 270lbs, so if I squat with anything over 30lbs resistance, I’ll break it?3 stars instead of 2 because it does come with a ton of stuff, which is pretty neat–the bar, an ab wheel, a jump rope, a grip trainer, and more.

Functional in a small space
I was so excited to use this and didn’t go through the entire package before pulling out the board. Go through the package. The little rubber non-slip pads are in a tiny baggy that are easily lost with the larger accessories.Use on a padded surface and don’t push your fitness level. I tried to do the wheel assist pushups and thought I was Wonder Woman. I am not! My muscles didn’t like what I was doing and gave out. The result was a nice sized goose egg on my head. Did I mention you should use this on a padded area?I wish the board was a bit heavier because it does want to shift if my full body weight is not on it making lunges difficult.4 stars because there can be improvements:-heavier base needed-should include a set of shorter clip in bands for shorter people or those of us that should be on our knees when using the wheels-clip in bands do not have resistance weight printed on them so it’s a guessing game

Comprehensive!
Bought this mainly for the push up board. That has successfully made me realize how out of shape I am. On the plus side, it comes with an absolute ton of stuff to help me get back in shape! Too many pieces to describe in detail, this kit provides a pretty comprehensive home workout that could, and does, take up a minimal amount of space. I tend to use a lot of resistance bands these days, and so the addition of more from this kit is welcome. If you’re looking for a kit that will provide you the option of a fairly comprehensive and varied workout, you can’t go far wrong here. Quality seems pretty good. Recommended.

Overpromised and Underwhelming
Things I like:The color-coded system for targeting specific muscle groups is a nice touch. Itâs easy to set up different positions, which makes it versatile for varied workouts.Things I dislike:The overall quality is disappointing. The board feels flimsy, and the extra accessories, like the resistance bands and Pilates bar, are cheaply made and donât seem durable. Even the board itself lacks the sturdiness needed for serious useâmight be better suited for younger or less intense users.Value vs. Price:For the cost, this feels like a waste of money. The concept is solid, but the execution falls short with subpar materials and poorly made components. I canât recommend it for anyone looking for long-term, reliable fitness equipment.

a little flimsy.
Cheap plastic. Its doesn’t feel like its going to break or anything but the first thing i thought was….how well is this going to hold up to intense exercise? well, so far its fine. I’d expect something like this to have a little more weight to it. The extras are there just to make up for the low quality. I really wish the board was higher quality for less little crap they sent. You get the board, it has directions for use and I like that. The handles, Resistant bands and Resistant tubes, Bar is metal, comes in three pieces, the wheels are plastic. hoping the metal doesn’t snap from the plastic..that would suck.

Good for light workouts on a budget.
This is the second workout board I own and use. It’s nice to have two for comparison and for extra bands. First, this will not replace an entire gym setup nor will it be for intense workouts like free weights. It’s perfect for light workouts and for my needs. The plastic push-up board has many angles to focus on specific muscle targets. The board itself is made of thin plastic; however, it works just fine. Though the total build is made of plastic minus the resistance bands, for the price and functionality I have no complaints. When compared to the second one I own, this one is a better option. The bottom has small rubber inserts to prevent sliding on the floor and this board and this one stays in place far better than the other I have. For the price, I can not only recommend it but feel it meets my expectations for light workouts.

Great for Workouts!
This set is perfect. It comes with everything you need for a good workout including a pushup board, resistance bands, stretch bars, etc. I haven’t used it yet, but I am excited to try it out. The material seems durable and perfect for various levels of exercise.

Push up Board
I’m finding this push up board and accessory kit to be overall handy. The board itself is easy to understand with it’s color coding, and simple to move the grips around to the different areas. Note that when you first get it, the rubber feet wont already be installed. Somewhere in all the plastic wrapped stuff you’ll find the rubber feet, which you will want to use if this is on a slippery surface (Tile/Wood).The other accessories are handy, though I didn’t know/understand how to properly use most of it. Even though it’s there, I mainly wanted the pushup board. I may get into figuring out how to use all the other stuff later, but for now I can’t speak towards them.
