Used and dirty cookware!
Received this product and was excited to use it but the steamer was found dirty and used. From the video, you can see the streaks from the cookware and the trays. The corners of the trays were dirty and black. Normally when you buy a stainless steel appliance, it is usually shiny and no funky prints on it. In this case, the steamer is dull looking and has many streaks on it. Not an happy customer. Unacceptable!
