Great holiday gift to elder
I bought this as holiday gift to my elderly neighbor, John has knee problem and constantly feel pain. I hope this product can help out I ll provide additional review but so for everything looks great!

Wear the glasses
So glad these came with glasses that work so well. A friend came over for a massage since he had pulled a muscle. I figured it was a great opportunity to try this out. Sets up easily next to the bed with the stand. I do wish the cord was a little longer since I tripped over it a couple of times but that’s the placement of my bed compared to the outlets. At first I gave him the glasses to wear but these lights were bright so I gave him my heated eye mask and I wore the glasses. They block so much light I had to double check that the machine was still on so great for eye protection. Now I am going to try this on myself just before bed. I would try earlier but after the massage and being under the light, he was cold and couldn’t get warm even though I had heat set to 72 degrees. I don’t want to feel cold so I will try this right before getting under the blankets for sleep. I think the control works well. I was having a bit of an issue with it but that was after having been near the light without the glasses and then putting the glasses on so I was thinking machine was off and not working just because the glasses work so well. I’ve been listening to podcasts about red light therapy so want to try for myself as I’m getting older and trying to heal some injuries. The quicker I can heal without the use of medicine the better.

The provided glasses do a good job of blocking the light to protect your eyes. The infrared therapy unit is versatile and can also be placed next to the bed. This lamp is perfect for both the face and full body. The adjustable stand and holder make it easy to target specific areas, whether you’re focusing on skincare or muscle recovery. The controls are easy to understand. There is a timer so you can just relax and not have to be concerned about the amount of time you are using the unit. You may have to support the unit by putting some weight on the base depending on where you are using it. When not in use, it can be folded for compact storage

It is a good starter light.
I’ve used an expensive RLT lamp and it was an eye opener for me.This one does not have quite the same noticeable effect as the one I’ve used previously, but I think it is still a great starter light for an affordable price.The stand could be nicer with improved articulating arms, but overall, it works just fine.Use the provided glasses to protect your eyes. They do a good job blocking the light.*4 stars

I’m a big fan of red light therapy. I have a couple different devices, but this is the most versatile because you can shine it anywhere. It’s not the most powerful, so you’ll want to stay pretty close to it. The stand makes it easy to position however you need to hit your target area.
