   Helps my back issues
   I use this in various locations including my mid back and shoulder when they are inflamed or tense. It does a great job. I really like that I can set the pulse rate to 40 htz using all three frequencies and that I can adjust the strength of the light

   I love this hat !!
   I have several red lights… this is probably my favorite. When I get up and answer emails, I just pop this hat on. Functions work perfectly. It is supposed to help with hair growth, if it does – fabulous, but I haven’t really seen any change. I use it for mitochondrial support. So easy to use. Great hat !

   Great for many different areas of the body
   This red light therapy device is the perfect shape for use on many different areas of the body.This device has 630nm, 850nm, and 940nm infrared lights to reach deep into the tissues. It can be set to 5 different intensity levels, and also has a timer that can be set for 5-30 minutes per session.This red light device not only is useful for the body, but due to its shape it can be placed inside of the included baseball cap to be used for hair growth. It will also fit inside of virtually any hat you would like. Studies show that red light therapy can help regrow hair, but it takes many sessions, and consistency. I have not been using it for this benefit yet.I have had some knee pain recently, and this device really helps. With 30 minute sessions, I find that my knee feels better, at least temporarily, and any relief I can get feels great. The device gets slightly warm when in use, and that heat adds to the soothing effects.

   Quite decent red light belt
   I have to admit that my red light therapy device collection keeps growing larger. I got into red light therapy about 5 years ago, and I have not regretted it, especially for pain relief.I got very curious about this device as it can easily be wrapped around arms and legs, and I have a knee that has hated me ever since a skiing accident a very long time ago. The size of the device is great for it, and I have to admit that the mild heat and the red light is a great relief, especially after days that involve a lot of walking. My first reason though for such devices is calming period cramps, and the size is pretty good for that too – and it is effective.When I opened the box, I was wondering what the cap was for – it seems to be for application to the head. II am not sure whether this is supposed to be for hair growth or some sort of brain benefits (which usually are associated with intra-nasal devices). Let’s just say, it got me curious (hey, maybe it can do something for gray hair?) That being said, any sort of “therapy” with red light takes time (the theory behind it is about mitochondrial stimulation, and any such effects take time).My main disappointment with the device were the instructions – the leaflet that comes with it has hardly any information, and a non-mainstream device for sure needs some more help to figure out how it works and what to do with it. But I really like the device itself – due to the shape, it seems pretty versatile, and I am looking forward to using it for a long time.
