   Perfect Red Light Therapy mat to lay across my 2 knees.
   I bought this to lay across my two knees. I have one replaced knee that still bothers me on the side and the other knee needs replacement but since I still have so much pain from the replaced one, I am trying other things first, trying to not have it replaced. I bought 2 of the hard knee ones, but they didn’t fit my knee well so they are going back. This can be laid across my knees tucking it barely under each one. The heat feels good on them and I am hopeful the red light therapy will work. This unit needs to be plugged in which was problematic at my recliner, so I am keeping it next to my bed. I put it across my knees in bed and run it before going to sleep each night. I have gotten my knee out of the severe pain I was having. I could not even walk with the knee that needs replacement. I was hobbling, using a cane in severe pain. Since using this just before bed for about 3 weeks now, the severe pain is gone and I often forget to use my cane in the house. It’s not magic, my knee still hurts but is much more functional than it was. I’m hoping for further improvement, we will see, but even if it stays like this, the mat is helpful and would not want to be without it.

   I love this red light mat. The cord is very long so I can use it on any chair in my room without unplugging it. It warms up quickly. I have had noticeable improvement in back pain since I began using this mat.

   It really works!!
   I read some reviews on the red light therapy. I was hopeful! My left hip flexor started aching, I aggravated it with exercises that I saw on TikTok, it was inflamed, I should’ve waited till inflammation had subsided, anywho. So bad that I had to visit Urgent Care. I’m 65, retired letter carrier, retired to help with a sick grandchild. I’m sitting A LOT. No other health issues except pudgy.I put this item on my keg.. slightly wrapped around, I’m not stranger to heated wraps, so adjusted to my level of comfort. Highest level P5. Waited 20 minutes. It felt like a blanket of warmth! Felt GOOD! I went to stand up and I CAN ACTUALLY MOVE MY LEG MUCH MORE.!! I googled how often I can use this type of therapy.. 2x a day 8 hrs apart!Google says that your body can only accept so much light into the cells. The light is what’s healing. Soooo 8 hrs later another 20 min session.I AM ALmost HEALED!! I can’t hardly believe this! I could barely walk! I was starting to think hip surgery!! My older brother just did 3 yrs ago.I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS THERAPY ITEM!!My shoulders are aching, about a year now, that’s my next target.    Good portable LED heating belt
   I bought the belt for my backache, knee, and other muscle soreness. I think IR LED is more effective than the conventional heating belt, especially at relieving muscle soreness. I like that it has a USB power adapter so I can move around and not tattered to a wall outlet. The first USB power adapter had connectivity issues and the manufacturer promptly responded to my email and sent a replacement. Excellent customer service! I take one star down, however, because the USB charger gets hot within 30 minutes of use when plugged into a power bank and I slightly burned my finger when I accidently touched the metal portion of the adapter when I was done. Users be aware.

   Great Product
   I have been using this for back / shoulder pain and after 30 minutes of using this red light belt I no longer have pain in my back / shoulder. I have also been using this around my waist and can tell that i have lost a couple of inches in my waist.

   Considering the price of this item they could have included a UK plug!It’s a 2 pin one, extremely stingy of the supplier when they know full well this is being sold in the uk!Very annoying!

   This is not a red light 600 and infrared 800. I bet it is not as I used it several times and no pain relief.
