Ease of use means it WILL get used
This red light therapy lamp has 4 gooseneck arms, each with a lamp, which can be easily manipulated into positions that meet the user’s needs. For example, all sort of bunched together, facing one direction, toward my face, or spread out to cover a larger area, like my back. One can even choose to light only 1 lamp, 2, 3, or all 4 at the same time. The stand is easy to assemble and height-adjustable. It seems plenty stable and can go pretty tall or sit low enough to hover over me as I chillax on the couch. I appreciate the timer so I don’t have to watch a clock if I want to just close my eyes and float away. Since it’s quick and easy to assemble/disassemble (it’s just 2 pieces), it could be packed for travel or perhaps in a gym bag. Dimensions of the storage box are 16.73 x 6.14 x 3.35 inches; 3.04 Pounds. This lamp does NOT include protective eye goggles, but you can order those separately. I’m still learning about benefits and science behind red light therapy, mostly watching videos, so I won’t pretend I know enough to discuss here, but it sure seems like a beneficial device! I hope that, by leaving it set up next to the couch, I’ll use it consistently in order to realize the benefits.

Works ok
This is shorter than I thought it would be and also smaller. It works ok for offering relief for mild pain and helps to noticeably clear the skin when used consistently for a few weeks. I prefer the square type red lights as I feel they provide more light. This one is more adjustable for area of use though.

Nice and Easy to Use
I like that this red light therapy lamp can be used while I’m sitting or laying down. The umbrella-type array of lights nicely focuses on the areas of my body that I would like to target such as my arms, legs and feet, back, and face. It is easy to set up and get started right away without a lot of confusing instructions. The timer is accurate and easy to set. I feel my time with this device is well spent and I look forward to using it regularly.

adjustable tripod red light therapy lamp
This red light therapy lamp is a great portable size. It is easy to set up and can raise up (5′ high) or down and the four separate arms are bendable to focus the light just where you need it. The base is wide and stable. I like that it has a timer so I don’t over do it if I fall asleep. It folds down and stores away in a small profile. It does have to be plugged in.

Well made red light device. It was easy to put together and itâs well balanced. I like that the lights are all adjustable to reach different areas of my body. It also has a slim profile so it takes up little room in my home.
