   Works pretty well but the higher level lights are dim
   I started out by trying red light therapy at the gym in the large body-sized red light therapy rooms. I’ve read that red light therapy has many health benefits. One of the health benefits I’d like to see from red light therapy was the reduction of cortisol in the body. I also hope to see benefits of radiant, looking skin when using the red light therapy. When using this for a few weeks, I can report that a cortisol reduction was not significantly evident. I also cannot say that it made any difference in skin health or skin looking more radiant. This red light therapy belt was also used to try to soothe an eczema condition. I did not notice any progress in reducing the eczema when using this red light therapy. So all in all, I did not find it helpful for the uses I had intended using it for. Even though the red light therapy did not work for my intended uses, that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t have a benefit too many other uses. So I’ll tell you how the belt itself works Rhe red light therapy itself does seem to work very similarly to the full-size red light therapy rooms in the gym. The lights just look like a red LED, and they shine on your skin and can’t really feel the light at all. The light is really bright and I think it’s necessary to close my eyes to not be bothered by it. The belt only covers a small portion of the body, such as the face and neck at one time of use, and then the belly, or a portion of the legs. The belt itself is not very large, so individual sections of the body will have to have the belt placed on it at separate times. I kind of wish the belt was a little bit larger so that I could cover more of the body area. The one thing that is nice about the belt being a small size though is that it fits right next my nightstand by my bed, and doesn’t take up much spaces so I can use it a few minutes before bed.One thing about the light that was a little bit odd was that it worked perfectly at lower levels and I could see the red lights shining at their highest capacity, but when using the light at a higher level, the lights were very dim.I think this red light belt would be a good choice for anyone that only needs to cover a small portion of their skin at a time. It would also be a good red light therapy belt for someone that travels a lot and has a limited amount of space since it folds up into a really small ball and can be placed in a suitcase.

   It just arrived today and it’s working properly.I love that I can feel the warmth of the invisible Near infrared!So far it’s great!

   The Red Light Therapy Wrap Belt is a convenient option for targeting body pain with 660nm and 850nm wavelengths. The wearable design and auto timer make it user-friendly, and the 120-bead setup offers decent coverage. However, the large size runs smaller than expected, which might limit comfort for some users. The quality and effectiveness are hard to gauge initially, leaving some uncertainty about long-term results. A decent product if the size works for you, but expectations should be tempered.

   Works Well for Warmth, Still Waiting on Other Benefits
   The Red Light Therapy device works fine, but it’s bulkier than I expected, and the wire with the wrap can make it a bit complicated to use at first. Once I figured it out, it became more manageable, though. I like that they offer a USB plug-in option, which makes it more portable when plugged into a power pack—otherwise, you have to sit right next to an outlet during use. The warmth it provides is nice, but I haven’t yet noticed any other benefits. It’s a good option for a relaxing, warming therapy, but I’m still waiting for more noticeable results.
