So far, Works Great!
This is my 2nd red light therapy pad. I have been using an infrared/ near infrared light pad for almost 4 years now – for lower back pain. This is def an improved version, but not the same brand. This unit has the pad control on the power wire. My old pad had the controls on the pad itself. It is better to have the controller on the wire for easy access.If you have pain in your back or any other places, you might want to give red light therapy a try.In most cases it can reduce pain quickly, no side-effects, and easy to use. Plus, it is applied directly to the pain source, not your whole body like a drug.The unit comes with a velcro strap to hold it in place. For the lower back, I just simply tuck it i to my waist band. Great for sleeping. It can plug into any USB charging port, or use the AC outlet step-down adaptor that comes with it.It can also be used with a power bank for portability. A Power Bank is sold separately. The pad does have a pocket on it to accommodate a power bank.They also make a wireless version of this pad, which I believe has a rechargeable battery.I opted for this wired version for my needs.Give this pad a try for any body pain you might have, you will be surprised how well it works.

Help me to release my pains
I bough this therapy pad primarily to help with the pain from womenâs periods, and it has been a lifesaver. The deep infrared heat provides soothing relief that regular heating pads just canât match. Within about 15-20 minutes of use, my menstrual cramps ease significantly. Itâs portable and lightweight, making it easy to use while Iâm sitting or lying down. The pad is comfortable, and I appreciate that it doesnât get too hot but still delivers effective pain relief. Iâve also started using it for other aches, like my back and knees, and itâs equally effective.If you suffer from body pain or menstrual cramps, I recommend giving this a try. It has genuinely improved my quality of life during those difficult times of the month.

It works!!!
All my inflametion on my legs is gone! I approve the durability. The Cable is pretty long so it makes it more comfortable to use and to freely move which makes it easier to use! I love itâ¤ï¸ðð»

Does not perform miracles but decent
Based on reviews, I expected this pad to provide much more pain relief than what it actually did. The pad heats up slightly as the light runs and it does provide some comfort to sore muscles but no more than a hot water bottle or heating pad might. Seems like a lot of money to pay for something that is just âmehâ.

Don’t want to ever live with this again!
It’s not a heating pad like many think it should be. It’sRed Light Infrared Therapy. I learned about this through my chiropractor and acupuncturist and figured it was less expensive and more convenient to use it at home. It’s wonderful! I have this pad and a smaller one for neck, arms, lower leg. Very much worth having!

Not powerful enough but it does work
Soâ¦. The benefits of ir for healing are still being studied but the relief from heat are well known and it canât hurt you. For people interested in stats, this is running on about 3.5W at the 850 nm setting and almost 10W with both on. It could probably be driven a lot harder but 10W at 5V is 2A and making this work at 5A would be dangerous for a cheap consumer product. Might need to rewire this with a better driver.That said, itâs fairly close in spectrum, the 850 is at least above 800nm based on my filters.
