Red Light Therapy for Knee, By BINODIC
I ordered the Red Light Therapy for Knee, Vibration Knee Massager, 660nm&850nm, Rechargeable Wireless Controller, Red Light Heated Device for Knee and Elbow Joint By BINODIC. The product comes in a giftable, easy to wrap box. The wrap charges via a common USBC cable. NO special cords to keep track of and you can use it on the go!. The use is fairly intuitive but to get the most out of the massager, there is an easy to read instruction manual that is large enough to read without a magnifying app. Using the wrap was a pleasant experience. I had it on its highest settings and it was very warm but still tolerable. It felt great! I will say that, at least at this point, it would be super awkward to use in any situation where I am bending my knee joint a lot, this may change as I continue to use it. Just walking around was fine though. I think this is a great product and I look forward to continuing use to see the longer term benefits.

Red Light and Vibration Therapy for Knee
My knees usually hurt in the morning after I wake up and the pain and stiffness will last for a couple hours before it calms down. I’ve tried heat and vibration wraps on my back and my shoulders and those really help to ease my pain and help with my recovery in those areas and that’s the reason I ordered this heat and vibration wrap for my knee hoping it too will help and it really does. In the morning, now instead of my knees being stiff and sometimes ache for a couple hours, after I put this heat and vibration wrap on, the stiffness and pain subside really fast within 15 to 20 minutes, I can move freely without stiffness and ache (this is just for my condition and for myself, how it will help vary from person to person because we are all different. But I usually have good results from heat and vibration belts or wraps. If your knees are also suffering, try this, what do you have to lose but maybe your discomfort and pain? I highly recommend this easy to wear, provides relief fast knee wrap.

It definetely makes my knee feel better
I had issues with my knee for a couple of years now, but that didn’t stop me from still working out. This brace with red and infrared light therapy definetely helps with my knee pain. I use this on the highest light level and the vibration off and the battery lasts me for about 3 sessions. The brace is easy to put on with the long straps and comfortable while wearing. I have used this for my knee as well as my elbow (a little too big) and shoulder (with the extended strap) with decent results.

Helps speed up the healing process
I’ve hailed the benefits of red light therapy for several years and have a variety of devices at home. The knee brace is handy to be able to concentrate the light to a specific area. My son recently injured his knee badly, so he’s been incorporating this into his regimen and it has definitely sped up the healing process. The varying levels of massage is a nice bonus too. It folds up to easily store in a drawer for convenient storage and use.

Spa treatment for a sore joint
I ordered this to use the red light treatment for its healing effects. It’s easy to strap to my knee and enjoy the heat and vibration just like a spa treatment for a sore joint. The temperature levels are 0 to 149°. You can operate the light and vibration intensities separately. The treatment time is 20 minutes but you can turn it off early if you want. I’ve used it 3x so far without needing to need to recharge it. Supposedly you can use it 4x before needing a recharge. It comes with an extension strap if needed and it can be used on your elbows, shoulders or knees.

Easy to use and goes on like a glove. I have thicker quads, and it was able to stretch to accommodate me.The vibration is nice but can be a little too intense if you are not use to it.I love the red-light therapy and usually do it after the vibration.I like the LCD display

Really great brace
My husband has stolen this from me and I have not been able to get it back! I used it once and raved about how great it felt on my knee, and then my husband – with his bad knees – stole it and uses it almost daily now. It heats, vibrates, and provides red light. I honestly don’t know if the red light is able to penetrate deep enough to help with any inflammation but there are studies out there that say red light therapy is really good at decreasing inflammation and increasing cellular energy production. The heat and vibration of this thing are what really makes my knees feel good and not as tight. Love it – will probably have to buy a second for our household.
