Works well on the knee, not awkward or overly heavy. Not for shoulder or while moving
This red light therapy knee massager really does help with inflammation and knee pain. I like that it charges quickly and it lasts a surprisingly long time on each charge. (I’ve used it for four twenty minute to thirty minute sessions and it was still going strong.) The red light makes a big difference versus just using a heat massage. I found the massage to be a gentle vibration that is soothing. While it is easy to attach to the knee, elbow, or biceps. It does not work well for the shoulder. This massager is not overly heavy or awkward to wear but would fall off if you were exercising with it (especially on the knee). You could walk with it on but having your leg/arm immobile with it on gives the best therapy. As this gives the best contact with the massage and red light. One issue I found is that you need to hold the power side button down a while to turn it on and off. Also, the green colored lock means you can change the settings. If there is a red lock you cannot make any changes to the massager. Lastly, the effects may not be long lasting. For example, after a morning treatment that evening I felt some discomfort with my knee again. Maybe you need to use it routinely to see lasting effects?

Red Therapy Leg/Knee Brace
This is my first time a red light therapy device and not quite sure what it is suppose to do other than the research Iâve read online. The brace is excellent quality. Very thick and padded. String solid and durable straps keeps the brace in place and allows for adjustments as needed. Very very easy to work. All functions work well. Simply turn it on, set the brace to your desired settings which are all explained in detail in the pamphlet that comes with and sit back and enjoy the process. Again, not sure what exactly is is for a few years back I fell super hard and landed super hard in my left knee. It has started bothering me here lately. I put this brace in and secure and the faint feel of slight warmth and the pulsating vibrations feel awesome. My knee feels better afterwards but, these results are short lived but I do enjoy the massage/vibrations. Overall, this product is excellent and does as advertised. I was confused about the sizing and took a guess and ordered a size âGâ assuming that since it was it higher in the alphabet line than E and F, it was be the larger size and I was right so keep this in mind with this product.

Amazing so far!!
I initially got this RELEXNOW Red Light Therapy Heated Device for Knee/Joint/Elbow/Shoulder Pain Relief for my husband, as he gets knee pain from time to time. But the day it arrived, I hurt my knee so it became mine haha.This has REALLY been helping a lot! Iâve been using the past 2 days and my knee is pretty much back to normal (and it was bad I could barely walk on it)!It has 5 different therapy light modes, 3 different vibration modes. No wires (all wireless) and is touch screen to change between the modes!I havenât had to recharge it since charging the first time (although itâs only been 2 days, I have been using it a lot and itâs holding its charge really well)!Super happy with it so far! I will share with my husband when he needs it, but happy to know it DOES help with injuries as well!

Good, Comfortable Vibrating Red Light Therapy
I can’t say yet whether this therapy will be effective or not, but I can say that I like this device a lot. It is easy to attach and detach from my knees. (One at a time, of course.) There are straps that wrap around and you simply adjust the tension as needed. The controls allow for different intensity levels of both red light therapy and massage, and you can also use the red light therapy without the massage mode enabled. The instructions recommend using the device for twenty minutes at a time, and the therapy is supposed to stop automatically after twenty minutes. In reality, the therapy stops after about fifteen minutes, but of course you could just start the therapy again if you wanted to use it longer. A USB-A to USB-C charge cable is included.

great pain relief…good fit
this red light therapy knee brace is quality made with soft padded material and good support on my knee…the red lights put heat directly into my knee joint and relieves the pain and stiffness…th vibrations are soothing as well…it has 5 light modes and 3 vibration intensities….red light like any therapy has a cumulative effect so this will really help more over time …the brace fits well on my large leg and it is rechargeable so it can be used anywhere,,,its a great product for the price

I am in love!
Iâve had plenty of red light therapy devices and most are good, but few are great. Maybe itâs because my knee is swollen right now from an injury, or maybe this is just that amazing. All I know is this knee/ elbow/ shoulder red light and massage device is blissful! My knee feels amazing. Long term impact will take more time to know, but the immediate relief using this makes this my favorite red light device. For $59 (at the time of this review), this is an impressive deal.Charges easily, comes about 1/3 charged. Wraps around your knee or elbow or shoulder using straps and Velcro, and there is an extension strap for larger objects like a shoulder. Auto turn off. This is a rare occasion when I donât have anything they could do better.
