Easy to set up
I love this product! I use it at night before I go to sleep. Set up the timer, put on the green shades, uncover my arms and thyroid area.. I fall asleep the timer goes off after 30 min and I sleep soo good!! Happy to feel immediate results.

Great beginner’s red lamp therapy for spot treatments.
This Beginners Red Light Therapy Lamp is 660nm red light and 850nm near infrared(IR) light and comes with a adjustable folding stand, eye protection glasses, optional hanging equipment, power cord, and a manual. There are 4 intensity levels and a timer feature. You can use the 660nm wavelength, the 850nm wavelength, or both of the wavelengths at the same time. There is also a pulse feature.I started to have pain in my shoulder when I slept. It would wake me up several times in the middle of the night. I began to hear about red light therapy and decided to get this to see if it would work for me. I started to use the red and IR light combo setting for 10 minutes in the morning and again before I went to sleep. I would place the light around 3-6 inches away from the pain area in my shoulder. The exposed area would feel warm. I used it for a week straight and I didn’t have any pain waking me up at night. I thought it might be a coincidence so I stopped for a day and the pain came back. Then I started using it again and the pain went away. It definitely works for pain relief for me.The bending lamp neck allows me to get the light right up to my shoulder and the adjustable stand allows you to use it at different heights up to about 5 feet tall. I started off with the lowest intensity level then increased it as I did more treatments. After using this unit I bought a more expensive red light therapy table top unit. It is way brighter and you can feel way more warmth. But it is 3 times the price. I think this is a good beginner’s red lamp therapy unit for spot treatment at a reasonable price. I am happy with this and I am glad I ordered it.

Didn’t see a difference
I bought this thinking it would help but I honestly didn’t see a difference. I used this for 1 weeks straight and nothing. It was easy to set up but it was kinda hard to use because I didn’t really know how. It was a good value, but I’m not sure if it helped me with any pain relief. If anything my eyes started to hurt, even while wearing the green glasses.

Adjustable base is nice. Light works well. One setting is invisible to eye so I have no clue if it works. Canât see it

Broke after 3 months
It was nice when it worked but it broke only after 3 months. The photo I provided is what it looks like after 3 months of using. This is on L4. First it was turning off randomly for a few days and now itâs completely broken.

Using on my dog
Once my dog falls asleep, I turn this on for about 15 min, after she closes her eyes to sleep. After one week she is moving around much more, instead of only getting up to eat or go potty. We tease the dog saying if she doesnât start being so feisty, going to take her red light away! LOL I use setting Full, L4, blinking.
