Wonderful effect on skin and pain.
I really didn’t think I was going to enjoy this product as much as I did. It is very easy to use, lightweight, and sturdy.I have been using it every day but in different areas. I have adult hormonal acne, and while this doesn’t obliterate that (I have PCOS) the QUALITY of my skin has improved drastically. My skin has a clarity it didn’t have before and my acne has definitely lessened. For the face, I have been using it every other day for the past 2 weeks for 10-20 minutes. Regardless of other reviews, ALWAYS wear the goggles!!! The light is incredibly strong and should not be exposed to the naked eye.I have also been using the light for lower back pain. What I like to do is sit in a deep chair and put the light panel behind me while I work. In this method, I usually keep it in place for 40min or so. On bad days, it lessens the pain substantially on days where my pain is already minimal, it completely erases it.Overall, I’m incredibly happy with my purchase.

Works, be patient
I bought mine and it took over a month to really begin to feel the overall soothing and healing. My skin is starting to look better overall and my mood is slowly improving. Hope it works for you, just stay consistent and don’t give up.

Great product
When red light therapy was just getting popular, a product this size was outrageously expensive. They claim to have the light waves at a frequency that is therapeutic. I have only used this a few times, but it seems great. Covered nearly my whole back which is great for pain management. Some people claim weight loss is possible with red light therapy. I personally have never seen any, but it does help reduce fine lines on my forehead.

So far, I like it
I heard of red light therapy from some you tube videos so decided to try it. I have used the light a few times (6) now and I think I am feeling some effects. I have only used it on my face. I have rosacea and blotchy skin. The light does not cause any outbreak and my skin appears to be clearer. My skin feels good after use. I have had several people comment about how much better my skin looks. So I think it is doing something. I have used it for 10 minutes a day. I also think I have more energy after using and less brain fog. I had covid a while back and energy and brain fog have been an issue. I havenât used it for any kind of pain relief yet. The unit is fairly small so I would have to figure out how to hold it in place for other parts of the body. It does come with some cords you can use to hang it somehow. It also comes with the eye protector glasses like the ones used in tanning beds. So far I think it was worth the investment and may update this review after I have used it a while longer and experiment with it more.

It works and is versatile
This little light packs quite a punch. It is small but powerful and has hooks which make it easy to set up on any wall or ceiling. It keep it in the corner of my bedroom and turn it on for small periods to get concentrated light on one part of my body at a time. It has worked well so far and given me healthier skin and muscles!

Was skeptical but it worked!
I had a friend really going on about the benefits of red light. I’ve had a knee injury and, even with physical therapy, my knee was weak. At the gym, I was using the lightest weights for over a year to work out and it was discouraging. I admit to being skeptical but started reading studies and decided to try this panel. Within several weeks, I doubled the amount of weight at the gym and the twinges in my knee that caused me a lot of problems went away. I won’t say my knee is 100% but I can definitely do more with it now. I’m a believer. My one issue with this panel is the way it hangs. I wish here were hooks along the side instead of only on the back of it. Would be much easier to hang and use.

SURPRISINGLY GOOD
This was the cheapest red light panel I could find so I just bought it. LET ME TELL YOU. THIS REALLY WORKS. Iâm sure a more expensive one would work better but this is great for beginners. I have noticed a clear improvement in my skin from just a week of use. It has those grammatically incorrect instructions that make it seem kind of sketchy but this is the real deal. I would definitely recommend!

Very good, heats you up from the inside. Use this daily to help with chronic fatigue. Boots oxygen from within your mitochondria, gets me through each day. Great for pain relief and a whole list of other things. Good price for what you get.

Bought this for my mothera arthritis. Unfortunately every time she uses it her arthritis is worse the next day as though itâs flared up. It may help other conditions but not sure what.

No safety instructions as such, just a brief paragraph saying for face, use for 10mins to an hour. Thank god I only used for 10 mins only as even that put me in hospital and has permanently damaged the capilliaries in my face. 4 months on and still get pain. How do companies get away with with this? Please do not use!!!
