I have been reading up on the benefits of red therapy for a while. I have been frustrated with skin. Giving this a go. It is extremely easy to use. Plug in and push the button. It had a timer to give and shuts off after ten minutes so no having to guess. It makes you sit for some quiet time which we can all use. You can not open your eyes at all as the lights wlare very bright. Things to know. Skin improvement takes time. Acne about 2 weeks and wrinkles/collagen anywhere from 1-6 months so I will have to update again later.
