This is versatile to use
This mat is flexible and easy to use. Comes with a Velcro connecting band for versatility to use on many areas of the body. I enjoy using it.

Excellent for the price – highly recommend
I like this item for the most part but am frustrated with a few things. (My cons towards the bottom.) But they are more of things which irritate me and not actual ‘bad’ things. I highly recommend this belt!My pros:(1) Option to use a powerbank to allow the user to be mobile. They even added a pocket, on the belt, to put the powerbank into! I’ve tried this option and love it! So, I know it works well.(2) The heat is very relaxing and does make me feel better no matter where I apply it.(3) Excellent value for the price considering all aspects of this device. The number of lights on it, the overall easy to use controller, the tons of helpful info included in their guidelines booklet, the power alternative option, the pocket on the belt for that powerbank, the long elastic band included that is totally adjustable. And, overall, the entire thing, including even the elastic band, is very comfortable. I have sensitive skin, so this is huge.My only cons are below. And, to be honest, they are more of nitpicking and not brokens or anything. I would still buy this all over again. I did a lot of research and am so happy I picked this one!My cons:(1) The paperwork included is a user manual that is just three pages. It looks like this literature is specific to the belt. Then an 18 page guidelines booklet that is for all their products. Though that isn’t obvious at first. Both items contain reference that the user should use protective eyewear, with the guideline book stating the eyewear is included. Just confusing is all. Mine didn’t come with protective eyewear but assuming that’s because of how the belt is used.(2) It would be helpful if the controller was further away from where it connects to the belt. When I used it on my lower back, it wasn’t as easy to access. Or, this could just be me and my wider hips. lol(3) The instructions on how to use the belt (in the short user manual) are not fully clear, though I figured it out. Sort of. The pulse mode? No clue. When I hit the power button twice for flash pulse mode, the display gives this value “10H2”. That means nothing to me and isn’t referenced in the instructions. But, it seems that this indicates the pulse mode as the device flashes when I set it to that.

Excellent post workouts
I use this after long work outs to help alleviate sore achy muscles and it does a pretty good jobâ¦..it doesnât completely get rid of the soreness but I can tell the difference between using it and not using it. Itâs worth it.

The light therapy is great but wiring is faulty
I received this product about 2 weeks ago. The light therapy was life changing. Handle muscles that have been sore for years. Iâve tried other red light panels previously and did not have these results. However after about a week I saw that the rubber sleeve which protects the metal and wire on the mat was getting loose and letting the metal out exposing the wire It was starting to get really hot and burn me, I got a blister from the burn on my arm. I think the pad would get so hot that it was melting the rubber letting the metal piece and wires out. After about a week more the wire was too faulty and the red light would turn on if you jiggle the wire and then turn off.I am returning it and will look for a better quality mat with the same type of lighting.

7 months and now it’s broken.
Well I used to like this product but after 7 months of light use, in the same room, by adults it no longer turns on. Very disappointing for the price.

Helped my restless leg’s.
I use this daily on my leg’s, feet and back for a short time and I definitely feel better. My feet used to stay so cold and for some reason this gets the circulation going. If I sleep wrong I use it on my back or shoulders while drinking my coffee before work. Have referred it to many friends.
