Decent Handles Marred by a Weak Hook Attachment Points
I enjoy the size of the handles as they fit good in the hand and offer good grip for when the resistance increases the further the band stretches.The issues that I have are the following:1) The open-ended hook where the bands attach onto could be a bit wider to accommodate wider bands2) The way that the hooks screw into the handle could be a bit better as they tend to come loose from use (the hooks spin around allowing for better movement and range of motion for the bands as they stretch)All-in-all, these are decent handles to add to your workout gear arsenal, but they could be better (I think there are some upgraded handles available now TBF).

Iâve used gloves, J-Hooks, and Clinch âdumbbellsâ. These are more comfortable by far! With added comfort, I can focus more on isolating the muscle that I am working. Very happy, so far!

Perfect! Exactly what I needed
I use this mainly for doing overhead pull down and side pulls from resistance bands connected to a pullup bar. BUT I’ve found it has many other uses that I imagine would only be limited by ones creativity. If I ever get stuck working in an office again it will be one of the items I take with.

Not so great
These aren’t so great, they might be good for the average person working out once in a great while but not for everyday use. I only wish I tried to return them sooner but now I’m stuck with them. More things to go into the trash ð

Quality handles
I originally purchased the Geku bar and loved it so much that I purchased these handles too, they are very comfortable and built like a tank. They are extremely smooth and have been great to use for my workouts.

They are a big upgrade to the standard geku hooks. Even the widest band’s fits into it.They don’t bend like the standard ones.Only the price is a bit to high. I don’t know why this one can buy with the bar directly….

These hooks are much larger and accommodate my largest thickest blue coresteady band comfortably. They also seem much sturdier in construction and haven’t bent after doing chest press with combination of my heaviest band and medium band, which the other hooks bent inward. Adding these to my old Geku bar has made it’s use more pleasurable to use knowing that it is a much more durable and sturdier piece of equipment.
