I use these bands everyday. The resistance is quite good. But over time, the bands start to weaken. It is definitely worth getting these to stretch

I got a set of these exact bands for myself years ago, and still have/use them all! the Black ones quite heavy and one of my favorite additions to my home gym for body weight days! But, my mom wants to get into toning now and i loved these so much myself i got her a set for her stocking. great buy!

Strong, but smaller than expected
I purchased this Resistance Bands for Working Out, Exercise Bands Resistance Bands Set with the intention of being able to use them either during a workout or while sitting down. While they certainly do a great job, they are significantly smaller than expected. This may well just be that they need time to stretch out some, but the images as shown make them seem far larger. Additionally, they seemed to roll up super easy, which also made it feel like they were going to tear apart. They never did, so that is something to be said.All told however, the product being demonstrated does not necessarily seem to be the product shown. It would help to be able to see the full product in the images as well, as it only seems to show an end piece of the bands so it is impossible to tell exactly how large the product will be upon receipt.

It’s just a big size rubber band. No instructions are mentioned in any of the bands. Do not buy this product.

The heavy band (black one) is not good in quality and seems to tear within a week of usage.The lighter ones seems good, but does not hold true for the progressive ones. Not worth the money spent.
