Good Quality Bands for my Home Gym
The five bands cover a large range of resistances. I primarily ordered these to assist with pull ups while my shoulders adapt and heal. While I haven’t tested the resistance of the bands quantitatively, they do seem to provide a linear increase in resistance relative to the stretch imparted to them unlike other cheaper brands. I am also finding some new exercises to do with the remaining bands. Overall, the bands seem well made and should last for a long time.I noticed some negative reviews about smells and odors before ordering mine. I personally haven’t noticed any unpleasant smells from the bands other than what one would expect from latex or rubber.

Product itself is great
The bands are nice, in various resistance. I am not so sure on door anchor as the foamy round end was dented on receipt. Still stays put but looks a tad worn. Will see how long door anchor lasts. Only have used once as just received product.

As a personal trainer, I have ordered several resistance bands over the years. These are affordable and I really like that they are sold as a set. I recommend these. The little exercise options card included seems to offer basic appropriate exercise recommendations for the beginner.
