The owner called to make sure his product and customer service exceeded expectation.
I received this item from Amazon and the package was opened on one end and the packet containing the screws fell out. My 13 yo son started to train with them immediately and wouldnât put them down. I reached out to the company and to my surprise I received a call from a polite man who immediately sent out another set. He later told me he was the owner of this company. I would recommend this company to any one who is looking for any of these types of products. Lastly the calisthenics bars are very well made, durable with old fashioned customer service.

Perfect, nothing wrong with these at all.
Not sure why so many had a hard time with these, mine are perfect, sturdy, solid, easy to assemble, don’t move or wiggle during exercises.

These parallettes are portable and great for use for bodyweight exercises and gymnastics movements. However, the lack of puddings on the top makes exercise less comfortable.Advantages:1. Parallettes aren’t really complicated. Two bars on supports that you can use to do pushups, v-sits, etc.And these do the job just fine!

No quality control. Absolute wobbly garbage.
How can you tell a company doesn’t care about their product? When they have absolutely no quality control.The holes for the twist lock bolt were uneven and too high up so that the insert didn’t lay flat against the bottom. This caused it to wobble no matter how tight the bolt was twisted.One bar couldn’t even go into the insert because the weld created a bulge. Ridiculous! No one even checks to make sure these simple parts fit together?This trash is not worth $70.

We were missing two of the four locking screws – otherwise the product seems great.
The product seems really sturdy and it is a great idea for a product – however we were missing two of the locking screws. Hopefully we can get them shipped,

This is a product that can target so many body parts. Simple at home workouts using body weight. I use daily. Core strength has improved dramatically.

This product is not only missing parts, but also, it’s uneven so it wobbles on the flat surface. If you struggle with sweaty hands these parallettes are definitely unsafe. The bars don’t have any grip, even with my calloused hands I need to keep readjusting. Quality control your product please!!The real kicker is this was a gift for a loved one whom I don’t want to risk getting an injury so I plan to return it, but the return shipping will be deducted from my refund, so I’m only getting 60% back ð Boo! The company should cover the cost. This product is unsafe!
