If you need a FAST stability shoe with good cushion, this is the one!
I just finished 200 miles on my first pair, so I’m writing a review on my second as I take them out of the box. If you are someone who needs some stability (either the bottom of your foot or your knee hurts after a run) you have limited options in terms of good looking, fast, and comfortable shoes. You can usually get 2 of those, but not all three. This is a PERFECT stability option for folks running 7-10 min miles at any distance. The foam has give and bounce but it’s not too squishy, and the lightweight shoe is breathable and comfy. This will be a rotational main stay moving forward.

Excellent fit, cushion, support, and quality
These shoes are excellent, with tremendous cushioning and support. After running for years in junk shoes, it took a while to adjust to a proper running shoe and now my distance is literally double what it was before. Best of all, the knees and feet are pain free. It is amazing what a great pair of running shoes can do.

Do it all stability shoe
The Saucony Tempus is a good all around stability shoe. I have 200 miles in on mine and run about 10 to 30 miles a week.Pros: They dont take long to break in, if at all. They have decent stability, and help with pronation to keep ankles from collapsing in. They are light enough to use for speed work and racing but have enough cushion for daily training and long runs. They are very durable, 200 miles in and they aren’t showing much wear. They also breathe well and aren’t overly expensive.Cons: The toe box is a little narrower than I’d like and can cause blisters on longer runs (over 10 miles and I have to tape my toes to keep them from rubbing blisters). The tread is not very aggressive and doesn’t grip well on wet pavement. There is a plastic piece in the heel that is supposed to cup your foot and help keep it in place, that piece can be a little sharp and scape your heel if your not wearing thick enough socks.I have attached pictures of the shoes I took while writing this. The only real blemish you can see after 200 miles is rubbing on cushion on the outside of the toe box. All in all I like them, I’d give them 4.5 stars if I could.

Great shoe
20km review: Good support but non-invasive. Takes a bit to break-in but once broken in, its really comfy. Makes you want to go fast. Can be a do it all shoem

Fell in love at first wearing
I have tried several stability running shoes in the last two years. Asics fell apart on the tread almost immediately. Brooks had the whole front rubber wear right off in no time. Time will tell if Saucony will hold up, but the fit and feel are much better than the others. The shoes feels lightweight, but substantial enough for great support. I got size 11 wide, which are amazingly comfortable and same sizing I would get in the other brands. There wasn’t a big selection of colors in that size, but I like the Alloy much better than I thought. Will update on durability.

Bad quality
Iâve worn Saucony many years without problems but these tempus are not good. After 6-7 times wearing these, the sole has delaminated. Iâm disappointed the quality is not the same as before and wonât buy Saucony again.

My podiatrist suggested I purchase men’s runners as they are deeper and would fit my orthotics well. These runners fit my orthotics very well. I wear a women’s 10, these are men’s 8.5. Very comfortable. I adjusted the lacing to suit my feet. Definitely will buy again!

En mi experemcia con los tenis lo he sentido muy cómodos y bonitos

C’est une très belle chaussure, très solide, légère, j’ai fait un retour, car elle ne convenait pas à mes orthèses. Contrairement au echelon 8.

So i am updating the review after using the shoes for 200 Kms run. I have been using different versions of Nike Structure for almost four years. So decided to change and bought these. I would say :-(a) Very good cushioning.(b) Moderate support(c) You may need some time to adjust with the shoes accordingly your running gait too so do not worry at start.(d) Best for long runs. You wont feel any shock going to your knee.

Gut gemacht Saucony.
